I used to be in your shoes, where gluten-sensitivity, digestive issues, anxiety, heart palpitations had taken over my life, I didn’t know that I was not eating healthy. I was unaware that everything I ate had some kind of added or hidden sugars.
I was unaware that the foods I ate contributed to me feeling unwell ? .
The problem I was running into was that I had no idea that too much sugar can be inflammatory, plus I didn’t have a clue on how much sugar I ate or the fact that my salad dressing, my mayonnaise, my bread.....had sugars in them.
After going back to school to get certified as a coach and certified in gut health, I decided that I awareness is the greatest power source when it comes to our wellbeing.

Hi, my name is Andi OConnor.
I am a Certified Health Coach trained by the Institute of Integrated Nutrition Manhatten, NY. I have an additional certification in gut health as well. I help people of all ages overcome their dietary challenges through personalized (virtual and in-person) 1 on 1 or group coaching programs.

You see, I suffered through gluten sensitivity back in 2009, with symptoms like constant nausea, diarrhea, stomach pains, anxiety, heart palpitations....all while being a recently divorced single mother of 4 and working my small business full time. I have since returned to school, educated myself about nutrition, physical and psychological well-being, and have overcome those symptoms by subsiding the inflammation in my digestive system. In 2019 I founded HealthyForFood, where my number one priority is accountability while coaching my clients. Being a Lifestyle + Health Integration Coach has given me the chance to pay it forward by helping others.
