Caterina has a background in Semiotics and Human-Machine Interaction and is a certified Business Coach. With over 10 years of experience in Human-centered Design, she carried out almost all the tasks relating to services development and product experiences.

As an Information Architect, she learnt to convert research insights into actionable design recommendations, thus bridging the gap between the research and the design phases. She has created personas for banks, insurance companies, training centres and gyms.
