Do I have your commitment to watch this entire course and follow through on all the actions we need to take.? If so let’s continue…
I’m glad we’ve both commitmented to your Ideation Journey.
Creativity is personal. This is why it it so critical for you to understand yourself in order to find compatible ideas that work for you.
This is what we’ll cover in the this Module: Personality Blueprint
We’ll learn about:
The Creative personality
Understanding self
Freedom Vs Limitation
Reason & Motivation
Goals Lead to Vision
Discipline mindset vs Creative mindset
Confidentiality
This first Module is the first part of your Ideation-Journey. So after you’ve completed the video lessons, you’ll have a reading lesson followed by an Exercise. This practical exercise in crucial for you do because it will initiate the first step in your IDEATION Journey.
Here is what you’ll need for your IDEATION Journey
Pen
Book
Your heart and mind
By understanding yourself, you’ll be able to increase your decision making ability, ensuring that you select the highest result-yield idea. Taking in consideration your strengths, weaknesses, skill sets, and resources that complement the chosen idea journey.
So without anything further lets begin!
I’ll be brutally honest. I really believe that I just think different. The reason why I say this is because, there is this weird thing that happens whenever I get to the parking lot at the mall.
Analogy of Parking Boom Gate
But it really got me thinking. Why are the rest of us so sheepish?
Is it fear? Is it a mental pattern? Is it the easy way out? Maybe once bitten twice shy?
So I did a little research:
Asch Conformity Experiments (1950s): Solomon Asch conducted experiments showing how people are likely to agree with a group’s incorrect judgement rather than trust their own perceptions. In his studies, participants often conformed to a group consensus on simple tasks, despite clearly knowing it was wrong. This research is foundational in understanding "sheep mentality," as it shows that social pressure often leads individuals to suppress their own judgments.
I found that people have proclivity to fear judgement from social peers which leads to them obeying the socially accepted opinion of zeitgeist.
Now place this is comparison with a someone who simply dare to think outside the box.
This is the Creative Personality.
What is the Creative Personality? & Who has it?
A Creative Personality combines curiosity, open-mindedness, and resilience with an intrinsic drive to explore, innovate, and take imaginative risks. Integrating a unique blend of traits allows individuals to think beyond norms and produce original ideas.
If one or more of the following traits resonate with you, you probably have a creative flare:
Curiosity
Open-Mindedness
Risk-Taking
Imaginative Thinking
Persistence
Sensitivity
Independence
Passion
Complexity
Intuition
What does thinking outside of the box mean?
Thinking outside of the box is when you try to find a new, challenging, or undefined solution to a problem with in the realm of truth & unorthodoxy.
Once we exit the realm of truth, it simply become a lie, scam or wild goose chase.
A Complete waste of time.
Being a creative does not me that you are a stereotyped, loose-minded, inconsistent, leaving no impact on society, nature or the live of people.
Don’t listen to media outlets and PR message to find your creative identity. Creativity lives in every sphere of life, creation, engineering, fitness, war, strategy, music, art, finances, healthcare & so much more.
Creativity is the innovative power to reach desired goals with the resources you have.
You are creative & a world changer. Embrace yourself and you could change the world.
So in this lesson we’ve learned about:
Sheepish group thinking
The Creative Personality
Thinking outside of the box
Now let’s Discus: Understanding Self
Do you understand yourself?
Do you Talk to the person inside?
How do you talk to yourself.
If you’re not okay internally, how could you effectively fulfill any creative mission with longevity.
I’m bringing this topic up because I know what it’s like to experience burnout & internal conflict inside.
There are the 4 pillars of your personality that affect your creative
(shows chart)
Wellbeing - Spiritual, Mental, Physical
Achieving Balance Creates peace.
Imagination - Ambition, Dreams, Desires, Goals
Actionability
Discipline & Skill Set - Skill Set, Focus, Learnt Patterns
Competency
Access & Confidentiality - Timing, Levels of Intimacy, Guarding of mouth, Developing Rhythm
Wisdom
Understanding these pillars of yourself is crucial in life and the IDEATION Journey.
These pillars have a direct impact on what form our creativity takes.
You are a unique being with unique experiences, sentiments, and beliefs.
Look at Yourself as a the WIDA HOUSE
Wellbeing - Foundation
Imagination - Windows
Discipline & Skill Set - Doors, Gates, Pipes, Wires
Access & Confidentiality - Furniture, Interior living, Atmosphere
You live inside of this house.
What does your house look like?
Go to the Personality Blueprint and complete the section call PB 1 which will be the first activity on your Ideation Journey.
Be honest, don’t sugar coat or understate you answers. Remember this is private no one has to see what you write. It’s between you and you.
Go and complete those questions and ill see you in the next video.
By now you should have complete PB 1 in the Personality Blue Print. Well done.
In this video we’ll discuss Imagination: Freedom vs Limitation.
We always hear people around us say
‘You can do what ever you want!’
‘The sky is the limit!’
But when we are faced with the reality of lack and resources & simply not know what to do next. What then do we do?
Well lest discuss it.
Freedom - The power or act, speak, or think as one wants.
Limitation - a limiting rule or circumstance; a restriction.
Whenever we want to venture into a risky or an unknown venture we are confronted with the reality of our resources and circumstances.
This is impossible. Can I not do it?
Although the sober mind is very important to guard us from delusion. A lot of of us end up giving up on our dreams because of what people project onto us based off of their world views, experiences, and disappointments. So how will you respond.
You can control that.
Be bold and think bravely. Throw your arrows and as far as you can. You don’t have to have it all figured out to believe in your vision.
You ideas are stimulated either by necessity or experience. The mixing of concepts and to create something unique and offset from the standard approach.
Dare to dream!
500 years ago going to the moon was simply a tale because science was not fully developed.
200 years ago flight was kept in story books - but the Right brothers dared to dream and take risks in the face of naysayers.
You have the right to think of the crazies idea you can conceptualize.
What would it cost you, ridicule in you own head.
Stop the negative talk and self judgement. Remove the barriers and fence built.
You have power over this part of you.
You can dream. So dream big and dream hard.
If you afraid of getting lost in your mind, don't worry this why we need to understand out reasons and motivations for our ideas.
These are found in our actions
Frustrations - financial, mental, physically, freedom
belief systems - morality, security, culture
Upbringing - gratefulness, resentments
experiences - memories, traumas, significant moments
Cares - Loved ones, communities, people & things close to you
This allows use to understand our why to the actions we take.
Put the effort in and make this clear to yourself.
When you do this you it will eliminate confusion and paralysis in your mind.
So venture freely in your imagination.
Let’s talk about Goals bring your Vision to reality.
Now that you’ve embraced the right to your imagination freedom you’ll need a clear path with clear steps and goals to reach the destination.
What's is a Goal
the object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result achieve by faithfully completing tasks.
You can use goals to reach the destination.
For example: the Goals is to become fit, you could set these :
Start your day 1 at the gym
Create a consistent diet with the appropriate nutrition for desire fitness goal
Go to the gym 3 times a week
Schedule enough rest days
Run twice a week
Be consistent with is for three months
There goals and achieve by these task such as
Prep for gym
Make a list, Buy and prepare meals
Schedule training and rest days
Research and create workout plans
Track progress and reflect on progress in a 3 month time frame
The same thing applies to achieve you’re vision by using Goals and tasks.
Give second example.
Now that You have an understand on how Goals lead to vision, go to the Personality Blueprint and Complete PB (2). Ill see you in the next video.
Let’s talk about discipline and Skill Set.
What is Discicpline?
the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience.
When you are a passionate and driven person, it’s very easy to go off the rails with out any structure which can lead to frustration and a burn out. This is why we need discipline to guide our creative process.
For the time when you feel unmotivated and tired DISCIPLINE is a life saver. It can be the most challenging part of life if not learnt. This is why taking care of your physical wellbeing, getting enough rest can teach you to discipline without infringing on your creative freedom.
Discipline helps you achieve your goals without flimsy motivation.
This is the hardest pill to swallow, however, you will THANK YOURSELF when you apply it in your life creative projects. When the results come you’ll feel that sense of pride that maybe you’re not as used to.
Set yourself aside form the rest and divine into the art of discipline.
What ever the skill is you have or wish to develop.
Practice, Practice, repeat, Practice.
Please listen to what I’m about to say: Correction is not self abuse.
Stop the negative talk, Pat yourself on the back or reward yourself when you achieve any of your goals or tasks. I know for me it strengthened by in my creative process.
What ever skill set you choose: Be open to criticism, practice it, educate yourself on it. Rest when you need to do, keep at it.
Go and complete PB (3) on the Personality Blue print and we’ll chat in the next video.
Have you ever felt like your overshared your thoughts or ideas with some and regretted it looking back.
It happens to a lot of us.
It’s important for you to understand the Levels of intimacy.
Level 1: Public Level
Public image
Social Media image
General interaction
Acquaintance
Level 2:
Friends
Colleagues
Business Partners
Level 3: Deep
Family
Spouse
Self
You don’t have to express your mind and your thought to everyone in every environment.
Proverbs 18:21 KJV Death and life are in the power of the tongue: And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
When you engage in conversation with people you don’t have to reveal confidential topics about yourself in a attempt to gain trust. Especially with your ideas because your people can:
Loose respect for you
Scout for vulnerabilities
Undermine you
Steal ideas
If you have trouble or do this subconsciously, you can unlearn this habit. Before you speak, gauge the person or audience your speaking to, is this person trustworthy, would they be able to assist me with this idea, is this an appropriate time to bring this idea on the table.
Remember your ideas and mind is just as valuable as any other person’s of company’s ideas, You just need to believe that what you have, is valuable, and worthy to treating with caution and poise.
This does not mean that you have to be completely silent about what you stand for and what your ideas are about a topic of problem.
There is a correct way of doing this. These are things to look out for when speaking:
Is my idea mature enough for this audience?
Will this audience be able to assist me to reach a goal I have?
Am I comfortably positioned to take on any negative criticism about this?
If these question are all positive, then gauge the room and wait for you time to speak.
Remember silence is powerful, so use it wisely.
Go and finish PB (4) on the Personality blueprint. Completing this, will allow us to do the exercise in Lesson 10.
Well done you’ve made to the last lesson of this module!
In this lesson we’ll bring everything that we’ve learnt into one expression. You’ve already begun your IDEATION Journey so lets follow through on this.

Great Job! You’ve learnt about your identity and goals and even got a glimpse of what your future could look like.
Now we’ll be able to find the idea that matches your goals, vision, passion, and Skillset.
This is what we’ll learn:
Definition of Creativity & Development
Where to Start
Having no Ideas
Too many Idea
Confusion & Noise
Brainstorming
Recording Ideas
After that we will jump into an activity where we’ll brain storm 10 Ideas
We’re on the second quarter of you IDEATION Journey.
Every Stage in this process is important for you to process you ideation.
Let’s get into the grit of it all.
See you on the other side.
Lets talk about what is creative Development.
What is Creative Development:
Creative development involves exploration, self-expression, decision-making, problem-solving, and applying knowledge.
Your creativity if birthed out of your memories, frustrations, or and experience.
It is the marrying of you a problem, and creating a solution by piecing functional elements.
But how do you find the idea? We’ll dive into a structure approach in order to find ideas.
Let’s start by Finding our Idea.
How do we find an Idea.
What is an idea: a thought or suggestion as to a possible course of action.
Where do ideas come from:
Ideas are birthed from our experiences, exposure, and pain.
Necessity is the mother of invention.
Passions are birthed out of Experience.
Visions are birthed out of Exposure.
Solutions are birthed out of Pain.
This is where why it is important for us as creative seekers to expose ourselves to
new experiences
Knowledge
conversations.
This is what we build our Reference Library with.
Be open minded
Break Rules & Routines at times
Be Open to Criticism
Research Topics that you are not in your frame of reference
Ask Questions
These are places you can find exposure:
Social Events
Fiction & Non-Fiction Books
History Research
Conversations
Time alone
Fitness
Peer Reviewed Movies & Music
Documentaries
Trade Events of interest
Constantly expose your mind to new patterns and locations. Changing scenery creates a malleable mindset which is what you need to find you ideas.
If you’re dry of ideas and don’t know what to do, it usually because there is something suppressing your creativity or you unexposed. We’ll change that today.
Go to the Creadev Blueprint we’ll do the CD -1 Activity.
Let’s get interactive.
You’ll need a pen and the Creadev Blueprint for this one.
Make a list of 5 current interest, passions, or cool memories you’ve had in your life up until this point.
Be Descriptive
Write as many as you can
Research minimum of 10 topic you’re not exposed to or are afraid to engage with (you’ve got nothing to loose)
Write down any word or topic the spikes your interest relating to each topic.
Take some time so digest your findings before you write anything down. We don’t want you to get overwhelmed, so be self aware of your emotions and concentration span.
Once you’ve completed CB - 1 we’ll look at what to do if you have too Many Ideas.
You could find yourself having too many ideas which would put you in a place of Creative Paralysis. This is usually caused by a lack of organization as well as eliminating thoughts and Ideas (we’ll cover in Module 3).
The greatest thing you can do is to: write these ideas down in a dedicated place,
Invest in an idea journal, where you can jot ideas down.
This will help declutter & destress your mind. How can you stimulate your creative juices with an oppressed in mind pulling you in every direction.
When flooding with ideas we can have a million things running through our mind
. but when I found is the moment I follow through and write them down I feel a sense of progress.
Important for you to applaud yourself and reward yourself of you’ve taken the load off of your mind even if it’s as small as a little pep talk. The effects and huge. (relationship with self)
We live in a time where we are slaves to technology and, marketing campaigns & rogue ideas flying left right and center.
We all know how social media & and entertainment platform can such is into Anxiety and Comparison. These reason why you could feel confused and overwhelmed is due to the content exposure to other people’s lives and organization’s perceived success,
Resulting in you comparing yourself and leading to a feel of confusion which directly impacts your creativity. Creative Paralysis.
Example:
You trying to sleep in your quiet WIDA house with closed windows and doors. But for some reason you feel you need some fresh air,
Opens one window - Hip Hop Music
Next window - Metal Music
Next window - A persistent Sales Man
Next window - Comedy Show
The door - Crying baby
But you don’t close your windows and expect to sleep, anywhere you go in the house you can’t seem to find any place of silence to actually rest.
I can only put this simply:
Tone down on the social media
Set structured time limit
Die to your urges with rewards that work for you.
Take it slow.
Close those windows & Doors.
Social media should be used to strengthen your ideas and bring them to life, not to distract you.
Where the pain is, there is opportunity for growth.
Go to the Credev Blueprint and do CB (2) where you list the distractions you face and commit to sacrificing through either of the following methods for the period of your IDEATION Journey:
Time Blocking - a period of time—typically a day or week—is divided into smaller segments or blocks for specific tasks
Fasting - Narrow Abstinence from engaging with distractions for a set period of time.
Regressive engagement: Gradually cut down on distraction within a period of time.
Remember social media, Youtube, the internet: Can be use for
Research
Promotion
Marketing
Networking
sales purposes.
Use this wisely.
Next we’ll discuss Problem Finding
The best place to find problem is through engaging to activity or conversation
Activity
We’re are able to find problem with in systems, operation, and everyday life experience. Being present and feeling the pain for yourself will give you deep insight to indentify pain you experience.
You can find this though:
Daily life
Research
Exploring unfamiliar territory
Examining daily tasks you do
Conversation
When speak to people and form relationships with them, we start to learn about issue we don’t even know about. A new perspective
When you engage with communities and people behind big problems, you’ll be able to see:
Where you could place yourself.
The unmet need or Gap
Underlying Causes
Impact & Consequences
Before we do CB (3) I want to pause this cause and engage with people, whether it’s:
Your Family & Friends
Online Communities
Online Surveys
People in Industry
Children
Outcast Individuals
Ask questions like:
In your opinion, what frustrated you the most about ___________?
How does _______ affect you mentally?
What would you avoid if you could now that you have been through _______?
If you could control your problems, which is the first one you’d eliminate?
After engaging with you community, go to CB(3) and gather 15 Problems:
We’ll need as much as you can get in order to filter them down. It doesn't matter if it silly and nonsense problems.
Next we’ll need to brainstorm.
Now that we’ve gathered some information on 10 problems, we’ll piece four elements to strengthen each idea. After this Lesson you’ll to the reading and after - CB (4).
We will Fill in each of bubble on the brainstorm mindmap.
Problems you identified.
Who it relates to.
And a possible solution.
Rate from 1-10 the impactful of this issue.
Add as much information as possible on the activity as will need it to filter our our Ideas.
Well done you’ve made it half way through the Course! You’re doing really well. I think you should reward yourself with your favorite treat! Honestly this is work, so well done!
On the Creadev Blueprint: let’s CB (4),
Fill in each of bubble on the brainstorm mind-map.
Problems you identified
Who it relates to
And a possible solution.
Rate from 1-10 the impact of this issue
I’ve left a bubble for you to add additional notes for each idea bubble. Be as expansive as you can. We’ll need all this information for the next Module.
This is is part of the journey, so work through it like a champ and monitor you stress levels, if you need to step away then do so, but structural plan to come back and finish what we started.
You’ve got this!
So far we’re Covered
Our personality Blueprint
Process 1: Finding Ideas of the Creadev Blueprint
In this module we’ll focus on learning how to filter your 10 problem ideas down to one that works best for you using the SAVE Method.
S - Silence
A - Ask & Answer
V - Vet
E - Eliminate
SAVE helps eliminate excess & find Idea that:
Matches Your Vision & Goals
Personality
Current Resources
Current Skills
So lets get going!
Before we can filter our ideas down, let’s refresh your memory on your Vision and Personal Goals. Let’s pull our our Visionary Letter.
When looking at our visionary letter do the following:
Find a quiet place - No distraction
Embrace your vision - Enter into an open mindset
Keep in mind the most Important values & goals you have
This will assist us in identifying the best personality-fitting idea as we pull in the SAVE Method.
Go to the Creadev Blueprint and write down the most important value & goals you have on CB (5).
Ill see you in the next video.
When aeronautuic engineers design aircrafts, they also centralize the design of the fuselage or body of the aircraft to reduce the impact of a force call drag on the aircraft.
What is drag?
a force acting opposite to the relative motion of any object
Friction Ideas are burdens that don’t stimulating your creativity.
If an Idea is:
Demands unreachable resources
Unobtained Skills
Lacking Influence
This does not mean that you cannot do it, it just mean you have an opportunity to work on those things and develop it at the appropriate time.
However if an idea:
Is taxing on time and emotions
Has low confidence
Feels frustrating
Then it’s probably the wrong idea.
So when eliminating ideas think of these things.
While in the development phase of the IDEATION Journey, some ideas may be fully eliminated but you don’t need to throw the baby out with the bath water.
Some ideas can be adapted into something unique and new.
I’ve personally seen this in my experience.
You could use ideas in this way:
Use idea at a later stage
Morph the Structure of the idea for a different issue
Use one Idea to strengthen the other
When problems & questions do arise, you can use store Ideas to assist it solving new problems.
Example:
Idea to Start a conveyor belt car washing business
Passionate for live DJ Sessions.
= Create an innovative idea to have a Convery belt car washing Business but the unique off is they get to tune into a frequency where you broadcast a live dj set, in turn attracting customers and even streaming the session on Youtube.
That's a way you could creatively shape shift ideas together.
Don’t throw Ideas away, but for this Module we’ll need to eliminate down to one Idea, However, you could shape shift two of more idea into one.
Have fun with this, it’s actually exciting to do.
Developing and idea is similar to raising a child, you have to:
Nurture
Feed
Correct
Create Environment to grow
Be patient
Learn about it
Ensure that you are in a good mindset
The difference is you cannot abandon a child LOL
But with Ideas, you have liberty to adjust it or Let go of it.
What you need to believe in the idea or dream you chose. No one else will, people could steal ideas and take you opportunity.
So it your job to believe in the ideas you chose:
4 Pillars of Ideation Believe
Have peace with it
Find the light of inspiration
Decide to Commit to the idea for faithless times
Know your reason (Personal Goals, Important people, Vision
This will help you to believe in your chosen idea, however you don’t have to be trapped, remember your only a human being that is ever evolving and learning, Be flexible, know yourself, and know what solid ground you stand on.
We’ll filter down the The 10 Problem ideas down to one in the final exercise of this module using the SAVE Method. But what is the SAVE Method?
Acronym:
S - Silence: Put yourself in a quiet environment clear of distraction.
A - Ask & Answer: Use a list of Questions to rate each idea.
Where is the PAIN & PROBLEM? Name 5 regions of influence.(Finances, Mentally Health, Defense, Relationships, etc…)
Who does this problem affect?
What is the scale of the problem 1-10?
How complex do you think the problem is 1-10?
Based on my skills set, flexibility, and competency how confident am I in solving this problem (1-10)?
What resource do I have to solve this issue? (Time, Money, Influence, Human Resource, Physical or non Physical Strength)
What skills do I have to solve this problem, if not what skills do I need to develop to solve this problem? (Hard skill, soft skill, Psychology skill, Persuasion, ect…)
What would I need to sacrifice to develop the solution? (Time, Location, Flexibility)
What about this problem fulfills me in my personal life & goals?
How much am I willing to commit? (1-10)
Am I positioned to develop a solution right now?
How much does this problem align with my vision and Goals? Rate 1-10
How excited am I about building this idea? Rate 1-10
V - Vet & Eliminate: Criteria
Eliminate each idea that you have rates < 5 For aligning with your Vision & personal goals & Interest.
Chose the ideas that has the highest Skill set resources rating.
(If you are left with many aligning ideas, use your intuition what feel like you’d find fulfillment & joy with in the long run.)
Remember take a risk, even if it seems impossible - Take a Calculated Risk. Think for a bit.
Remember to balance you emotions -
Take a break
Walk
Do an enjoyable activity
Have a conversation with a trustworthy person.
Return back and make you decision.
Go do CB (6)
Answer each question relating to each of the problems.
Vet each problem using criteria,
Cross Eliminated Ideas
Tick one chosen one
And we’re finally here!
We’ve finally made it to the last Module: Process 3: Strategy, Vehicle Selection & Adaption.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this module:
Resources & Skill Set
Risk Evaluation & Circumstance
Vehicle Selection
Setting the Target
Execution & Adaption
Reading
Exercise: Evaluate your resources, Skills, Circumstances, Set target, Execution & Adaption.
In this module we will focus mainly on planning and gathering information to Take Action!
With our Any delay Let complete what we started!
When Implementing an idea, it does not matter how large, complex, small, or simple a problem is, You will still need resources & a skill set to build the solution.
So lets define what Resources are:
a stock or supply of assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively.
Here are a couple of examples of resources we could use:
Time - Years, Hours, Days, Decades, Centuries

Connections - Family, Friends, Colleagues, Decision makers

Experience - Yours, Elders, Teachers, Conversations
List goes on
These are all type of resources you could use to bring you your to practicality.
Pulling from these banks of Resources at the correct rate and time will solidify you solution & bring your idea to life.
Now let’s define Skill Set
a person's range of skills or abilities.
Your skill set is what you use to organize and process you resources. It’s crucial to use the right skills set at the right time.
The Skills set that you master is you Strength Field.
It is what you use to process your resources.
Here is a list of Hard skills and soft skills:
Hard Skills:
Data Analysis
Programming
Digital Marketing

Having the right combination of skills allows you to develop solutions to problems.
The good part about skills is that you can start learning new ones today. You don’t need to wait.
My suggestions is to gain at least 1 effective Hard skill & make that you Strength Field, such as: Web Development, Data Analysis, Project management, teaching. This does not mean you need a university or college degree to become a master.
Let your Value shine with hard evidence.
When executing you Idea, you could use other people’s expert skills in exchange for something of value you have, Money, equity, Experience, Insight.
What ever the idea is you have chose learn everything you possible can about the skills you need to execute your activities.
Marry your Resources to the Skills you can apply, where alone or with a team.
Go to CB (7) on the Creadev Blueprint to make a list & rate levels of access & competency of the Resources & aligning Skills you would need for for the chosen idea.
Is a world of social media and everyone telling you where you should be and how you should do things, it can be hard for us as creatives to develop varying ideas based on a unrealistic standard.
For us to be effective we need to understand:
Who we are
Where we are
What we can control
Mastering this leads to contentment & simplicity.
Who are we?
Comparing yourself to external people or organizations, would abuse your creative outlook towards opportunities, obstacles, & outcomes.
Jeff Bezos Invested initially invested $10,000 into what would be come Amazon, his parents invested $250,000. Are you Jeff Bezos?
Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman pooled together $1,200 to import and sell Japanese running shoes. They Made Nike.
I started making this course with no money or nothing but the computer I had and a camera you got over the years. Are you Daniel Ryland.
No you’re none of these, You are you.
Where are you?
The circumstance you find yourself in does not determine the scale of you ideas, You do. How much do you believe in your own Ideas.
They way you room looks is not your future, It’s the current, Believe in yourself be confident that if you are consistent, you’ll see the progress you’re seeking.
Control
You can't control People, External Decisions, Acts of God, but you have control over how you respond Spiritually, Emotionally, and Physically. These three parts of you have a profound impact on how you progress your idea.
A clear mind, stimulates your creativity.
Drive your ideas when you feel weak, when you feel strong, when you are confused.
Dust yourself take a breath, regroup, and reenter, to ensure you finished what you started.
Be patient, and consistent. And Do all that you possibly can!
Every idea has a risk that you’ll need to evaluate & develop mitigation. Something will always be at stake very a desired outcome. Understanding what risk to take when, and how to channel resources to mitigate has a profound impact on the success of you chosen idea.
Here are the type of risk:
Asset Risk - Property, Vehicles, Technology, Finance
Influence Risk - Reputation, Relationships, Image
Life Risk - Would yours or someone else’s life be in danger
Financial Risk - Financial Instruments, Investments,
Time Risk - Extended periods, short periods,
While planning you need to evaluate the risks you could encounter we progressing your idea.
Here is a structured approach on how to evaluate risks:
Rate each risk with:
Is it Asset, Influence, Life, Financial, or Time
What is the desired outcome?
What is then impact of this risk on my objectives? Rate 1-10
What is the urgency of the risk? Rate 1-10
Once you’ve done this you’ll be able to create a Mitigation plan.
Here are some points to look out for:
What available resources can be used to support the risk?
How can I use elements of this resource/(‘s) to support the risk?
How long will it take to recover if it goes bad?
What structure of this resource could support this risk
What are the root causes or triggers of this risk?
With answers to these questions, you’ll be able to see no to create a mitigation plan. Balance your Risk Impact Rating, Urgency Rating with your Desired Outcome.
Go to CB (8) and Make a list of 5 risk you can think about, Rate the Impact and Urgency. Answer, What is the Desired outcome, What Resources should I used, What can be done to assist in recovery.
With this you’ll be able to understand more about your idea and the risks it carries.
Now lets look at Vehicle Selection.
What type of vehicle would you use to move 5 tons of milk bottles from one place to another?
Would you use:
Motorcycle
Passage Car
Semi Truck
Shopping Cart
It’s a very interesting question:
All of these vehicles can transport the 5 tons of milk but each one has a different capacity to handle. Which Vehicle works for your idea in regards to its scale, period, & receivers?
When deciding on which vehicle to select for you Idea to move, consider the following:
What is the Scale of the Idea?
How much time would I need to deliver the idea?
Which is the relevant vehicle for this Idea and it’s receivers?
Remember Vehicle use a resource to move, (fuel, oil, sugar). Something has to give it energy to move.
Here are a couple of Vehicle your idea could use:
Internet - Social Media, Online Communities, Search Engines, Digital Ads
Physical vehicles - Cars, Trucks, Aircraft, Marine
Printed Press - Newspapers, Pamphlets, Books,
Physical Location - Shop, Sport Facilities
Network - Family, Friends Colleagues, Communities, Panels
Your vehicle is what we use to drive our Idea in practicality, whether it’s and online business, a shop, an Event, Ideology, Movement, Art Piece, Innovative Design.
What Vehicle should you use to bring you idea to the right people, places, and environment.
Go do CB (9):
You will describe the type of vehicle you’d use to push you idea to the world.
