This lecture will guide you through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection process for incoming shipments. We'll begin with Import Security Filing (ISF), also known as 10+2, which covers the fundamental regulations and potential penalties ($5,000 USD) associated with importing goods into the U.S. Additionally, we will review the essential custms clearance documentation (form 3461 & 7501) required to finalize the entry process for imported goods.
