Welcome to Crafting The Best Portfolio For Architecture Students !
On this introduction I'll be briefing on the next lessons.
Starting to compile your work can be overwhelming. But now let's try to break it down and sort out your projects. Keep it simple but surprising to the readers out there.
I'll be sharing with you on my portfolio. From here on you can see and hopefully to inspire you on creating one too! Be sure to check another smaller portfolio on the next lecture.
In this lecture I'll be showing you on an A5 portfolio which is suitable and best size when you're on your architectural review. This kind of size is small, light and easy for readers out there while in the exhibition.
You can download a sample of it on the Resources.
Creating a standardize format and choosing the right color scheme really play a big role for the overall reading experience. It's all about visuals.
Hands on of my workflow in Photoshop and InDesign. Make sure to always save your file regularly.
At the end of the day, a portfolio is a compilation of your hardwork and efforts. Be sure to give it all out your best on it!
A learning curve will always be a part of the journey. For this I'd like to say thank you for enrolling into this course. Share your portfolio with me if you finish yours! If there's any question you can contact me!
