The idea that words have power goes back thousands of years. In this section, we'll get into a "word power" mindset and learn some beliefs that people had and have about the power of words.

In this section, we'll learn about the magic of the oral tradition back through time and various cultures. We'll focus on the West African Griots and the Celtic Druids and how the spoken word was foundational to maintaining history and preserving culture.

To learn to use our spoken words in magic, we have to understand what magic is. In this section, we learn how words empower our spells, rituals and intentions.

In this section, we dive into what incantations are and aren't and bust some myths and beliefs about what constitutes an effective incantation.

Prayers are spoken to connect to spirits, deities or other supernatural beings. In this segment, we go over the way to craft a simple prayer to ask for a blessing.
