Mi nombre es Victor, estudié Sociología y tuve la suerte de que finalicé un Máster en Recursos Humanos cuando empezó la crisis económica del 2008.
Por entonces, encontrar trabajo en España era misión imposible. Pero fue de las mejores cosas que me pudo ocurrir a nivel personal y profesional. La crisis de empleo en España me hizo comprender que ponerse barreras a nivel laboral era absurdo y fue entonces cuando decidí trabajar en cualquier país que me brindase una oportunidad, sin importar tampoco lo que había estudiado anteriormente. De esta manera empecé mi vida como trabajador nómada. Trabajé en Barcelona, Cork, Edimburgo, Pekín, Shangai y más recientemente en Valencia. Desempeñé trabajos en diferentes sectores: recursos humanos, ventas, servicios sociales, control de calidad, atención al cliente, finanzas y operaciones. Trabajé para multinacionales y para startups en diferentes fases de crecimiento (desde seed a unicornios). Y durante muchos, muchos años me planteé la posibilidad de emprender un negocio, pero no fue hasta hace poco que decidí fundar Faicliq.
