Successful completion of this test will assist the student in preparing for CPP certification.

The questions on this program are graded 'Difficult' and should be used to supplement your studies when undergoing ASIS certification.

The structured questions and answers will test the student on the seven security domains covered in the CPP course library.

All questions are based on the official ASIS CPP Certification program and the official CPP exam study materials.

The questions contained in this program are not a replica of the actual exam questions.


Students should be aware that CPP is a very thorough examination and that they will be assessed over 225 multiple-choice questions, each with four possible answers.

In order to pass the examination students should be confidently scoring approximately 80 – 82% in practice sessions. The questions in this program can be repeated as often as possible.

The exam questions are weighted in the following manner:


Domain I: Security Principles and Practices (21%)

Domain II: Business Principles and Practices (13%)

Domain III: Investigations (10%)

Domain IV: Personnel Security (12%)

Domain V: Physical Security (25%)

Domain VI: Information Security (9%)

Domain VII: Crisis Management (10%)


On completion of this course the student will be familiar with the typology and structure of the potential questions that can be asked in the CPP examination. Students should always remember that the CPP exam is a timed, proctored exam and should be prepared for accordingly.
