Vowels in Arabic are confusing, can you explain it more?

In Arabic, you take the root of a word, which is called الجِذْر of that word, which normally consists of 3 root letters حُرُوف, and then you start using certain techniques to generate new words كَلِمات and new meanings مَعانٍ related to the root.

While you are learning Arabic grammar النَّحْو, you will find out that Arabic grammar and rules are similar to mathematical equations and in most cases, Arabic grammar rules are straightforward like

1 + 1 = 2(However there are few exceptions to that equation, but you can master these exceptions easily if you follow my system)
