This course will give you an overview on How to go from feelings of Anxiety and Depression to confident, courageous living even though you may have been discouraged by rejection in the past.

It is by no means everything but it gives you the main points on how to change your Mind Set and start to take back control over the things that are hampering your efforts up to this point.

It gives you a starting point on how to take back the control your triggers have over you and how to recognize when they may occur.

This course is not meant to replace any medical advice you may be receiving it is merely here to help you start to take control.

We all want control in our lives, and I can personally tell you I know exactly where you coming from I have been there and have come through, so you can too.

The purpose of the course as stated is merely to show you that you are not alone in your darkness, others are there as well.  I know we never want to let others see how vulnerable we are, but trust me when I tell you a problem shared is definitely a problem halved.  Many people suffer through your same troubles, probably not identical but ones that cause the same sort of hardships.
