Correct way of Sitting -
Sitting in a slouched or hunched over position can put strain on the discs of spine.
So Sit up with your back straight to avoid the Spondilitis & Spondylosis or simply back pain.
Sitting Chair should not be much harder nor much softer,
Use cushion for giving support to your lower back.
Get up from the chair and strech your body or do palm tree posture atleast once in 30 to 45 minutes.
As compare to sitting increase standing, walking & streching part as well.
Yes, standing, walking & streching are the new medicines to avoide the new smoking called sitting...
