This course, Fundamentals in Strategic Business Planning and Execution is a basic level course on Corporate planning and basically explains the commonly used terms and concepts in Corporate Strategic Planning.

Corporate Strategic Planning terms are explained with the help of Video lectures with adequate explanation given on fundamental concepts in Strategy Management.

Terms such as Strategy Management, Decision Making, Strategy Thrust, Strategic Alliance are explained with the help of diagrams, textual representation and the like where, the Learner is kept abreast, in mastering the concepts and terms in a gradual progression of ideas and facts.

Concepts around Strategic Thrust or Objectives creation, is explained in such a manner that the Learner understands the importance of its usage in Corporate Strategy Planning.
