Description
John Sammartano has been in the fitness industry since 2006. Working with personal training clients and teaching group classes, John has used the core exercises in this routine to help reduce back pain, combat osteoporosis and increase flexibility and endurance for many. Through research and application this workout has been proven to be safe and effective for people who have various spinal ailments. People with osteoporosis, spinal stenosis and scoliosis are guided safely through this 40 minute workout. Designed for the individual as well as other fitness professionals, this one time cost to you will lead to years of added value towards your health and the health of your clients!

Instructor
JAS Fitness, LLC is operated by trainer and fitness instructor John Anthony Sammartano. John holds three certifications from the International Sports Science Association in Water Fitness Training, Specialist in Fitness for Older Adults and Exercise Therapy. John has also completed levels 1 and 2 of Sara Meeks Seminars: Osteoporosis- A Comprehensive Treatment Strategy.
In the fall of 2014 he coordinated the preseason strength and conditioning program for the Nationally Ranked and 10 time state title championship Vero Beach High School Girls' lacrosse team. John has been in the fitness field since 2006.
John has been a contributing writer for Vero's Voice magazine as well as a columnist for Vero Beach Newsweekly.
In 2016 John was selected as the winner for the 2016 Health Care Champions award in the category Non-Physicians Excellence in Health Care presented by Treasure Coast Newspapers.
John has years of experience working with many clients who face different challenges ranging from Parkinson's disease and stroke rehabilitation to joint replacement post rehab.
Located within Leisure Square (3705 16th St), personal training and group classes are held in a 1600 square foot fitness studio. Classes include basic strength training for beginners and seniors, core development, soft step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, kettle bell training, water aerobics and post rehab personal training.
