Instructor
I’m a Clinical & Perinatal psychologist and coach with 10+ years experience in mental health. I’ve had two traumatic births myself! So I am the perfect person to lead this training. I am the bridge between the research and the lived experience of growth in the postnatal period.
I’m a board-approved supervisor – I have trained and supervised Psychologists to reach their endorsement for 5+ years. Mentor to mental health professionals Australia-wide and beyond. I'm also the author of More Than a Healthy Baby: Finding Strength & Growth After Birth Trauma.
I’m light, I’m quirky and I truly believe that doing ‘the Work’ doesn’t have to be all dark and shadow.
