Description

The Cooking Arabic food series teaches Arabic style cooking prepared in different Arab nations across the region. These short but efficient lectures should allow you to prepare meals in a short and concise period of time with basic skills. Get inventive with your rice and truly understand the ways in which this grain is used in Arabic cooking.

My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.

This course specifically teaches the student/chef/cook/enthusiast how to use different types of rice in the preparation of sweet and savoury Arab dishes including rice puddings, Gulf-style Kabsa, calrose or short rice to name a few; including some rice pudding desserts and blended vegetable and meat rice dishes.

In addition, you'll receive a few recipes for complimentary main dishes to go with your rice. This is an excellent start on the basics of cooking rice, not just in Arab cuisine but as a cooking skill in general, and falls under the "Cooking Arabic Food" cooking series.

And if you enjoy cooking these dishes, there's plenty more to try out! Please don't forget to leave a review, I do my best to make people happy through my cooking so any positive feedback is great! Share with your friends!
