Hello everyone and welcome to the Common Law Academy's "Contract Law" Udemy course!

My name is Tsvety and I will be your instructor throughout this learning adventure! I hope you get to know a lot and enjoy your time until the successful course completion!

I must make some notes before you start taking the course.

First and most important, the course does not contain any reference or examples of cases, decided by the courts, since it is only an introduction to the Contract law principles and concepts. However, I understand the great importance of case law, its study and practical use, so I would strongly advise those of you who have special and more professional interest in the field of contracts not to forget to read some cases and case reviews as well.

Second, I would like to make a little technical note. The course is delivered as a set of presentations, composed of slides, which, for the purposes of easier navigation, are equal in duration and each of them is exactly 30 seconds in length. So, if you don't have time, feel tired of extensive listening or overwhelmed by Satie's music:), feel free to skip the time between the slides and concentrate on the material you are interested in.

Third, you may want to know more about the sources of Law, we just briefly mention in the slides. If you do, here are some essential and very useful links to start with:
