The total course contains the techniques related to Kaizen or continuous improvements.

Course give the broad view of 5S, Gemba, Kaizen preparation.

Continuous improvement process have different small techniques which are important to industrial professionals as well as engineering students.

This course reflect the basic idea of continuous improvement & fundamental. also main aim of this course is to prepare a kaizen,

In the first section of the course contains the basic fundamental required for continuous improvement like PDCA, Quality etc.

Next section contains the Gemba a real place or work place- Identify the idea only in this place. Gemba is very important for problem solving. Ideas is generate only on the Gemba to solve the problems as well as to improve the process.  In this lecture most discussion on the steps of the Gemba.

Also continuous improvement require the Lean tool like 5S which is most important for problem solving as well as improve the process.  In this lecture details study of the 5S tool. Generally this is Japanese techniques of work culture.  This also give the basic idea how to implements the 5S in our work place.

In the last section contains procedure of Kaizens. lecture contains the details of all blocks of kaizen sheet.
