Construction Planning and Scheduling is a fundamental course that focuses on the systematic organization and timely execution of construction projects. The course covers widely used scheduling techniques such as Bar Charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), enabling learners to estimate project duration and identify critical activities.
