Tim Pleasant graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1995, passed the Colorado Bar Exam on his first attempt, and opened up a solo law practice in Colorado Springs in that same year. While in practice, he concentrated on criminal defense and guardian ad litem work. Over the course of time, Mr. Pleasant gradually transitioned from practicing law to teaching it. He has taught law courses from the undergraduate level up to and including law school courses. In the last 20 years, he has taught numerous law school sections, at various times, of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Contracts, Torts, and Native American Law for several institutions of higher learning. Now Mr. Pleasant works at tutoring individual clients who are preparing for their bar exams.
