Description
Are you, like me, stressed,
afraid of failing,
pushing harder and harder,
and never having time for yourself?
For decades, I was bombarded with stress, sacrificed sleep...
my mind racing, making mistakes, forgetting things,
and afraid of rejection or failure.
I made lists, set goals, tried to manage my time...
I tried to juggle everything, and get the most important things done, but often failed to even finish those.
I felt like I didn't have time to find a better way.
The only answer seemed to be to focus my will power...but
trying to use will power didn't ever work.
Out of nowhere, I stumbled on a key realization.
I was living from fear.
The fear was draining my capacity.
My insecurities were self-sabotaging,
and all the while I was building up resentment and
frustration that were destroying my genuine desires
and my connection with others.
I was putting all my effort in the wrong place.
I learned some tools that helped me to increase my capacity,
think more clearly, and address what was underneath the stress.
I radically changed the way I approach stress.
Now my life is wonderful!!!
I have transformed myself. I am highly productive with very low stress. I haven't felt burnt out since April 16, 2019. I no longer overcommit. I have incredible peace of mind. I no longer fear failure. I get a good amount of sleep.

Since becoming a life coach in 2017, Eric has helped a wide spectrum of people to effectively work through and let go of difficult feelings and negative thoughts and find greater fulfillment and connection. He life coaches anyone who feels anxious, rejected, discouraged, frustrated, unfulfilled, without purpose, or feels that they are just not good enough. He has shared some of the insights he’s gained on his website and finds great fulfillment in helping others progress.
