Content and overview:
Starting with why it's so difficult to get paper organised, we look at why it's so important for your wellbeing that you do so. We look at how the paper came to build up as it has and how this has affected you negatively in your life. We then work on making changes. All great changes, come from our mindset and so we move on to looking at your overall goals. Many people who tackle big organisational projects, often find they attract other postivie changes during and afterwards. Because clutter is shifted out of our lives, there is space for more positive improvements to come in. In our early modules, we look at what your goals are once all this paper clutter is shifted. Baring this in mind, will help you stay motivated as you continue with the course and start to work on the paper.
Following on from that, we start from today and work backwards. We look at paper that have To-Do's associated with it and how working on your time management not only clears the To-Do's but by extension your paperwork too.
We then look at the backlog of paper and how to clear it over several sessions yet still see a result each and every time. We examine the different filing systems available to you, what will and won't work and why.
Finally, we re-examine the loop of paper, from the moment it enters your life, to the moment it leaves and we emphasise the different systems needed along the way. By clearly understanding this loop, you will feel more capable of maintaining the organisation of the paper into the future.
