In this module, we'll go over the importance of Emotional Intelligence. You'll learn many different activities and tools to use with your kids and teens to help them build this important skill.
In this module, we will learn the difference between empathy and validation, two important skills in emotional regulation. We will also talk about the Circle of Security, a natural cycle that all children go through.
In this module, we're talking about the different roles we take in our parenting.
