Description

Do you feel strange and weird in some situations? Maybe some circumstances make you feel uncomfortable? Are you taking the same route to school or your work, preparing and eating the same meals, meeting the same people, no new hobbies, no new friends in your life? No changes in personal or professional life? There could be many reasons for these feelings and results, however, there is a prominent one that we will take care of in this course. Neophobia. Also known as fear of novelty. Often people who have a mild level of Neophobia also have other weak sides like feeling uncomfortable in public or getting rejected by someone. By practicing Neophobia from different perspectives: Solo Constellation (being alone with yourself), Public Constellation (being in public but without interaction), Inner Circle (inner boost), and Fear of Rejection we step by step, starting with very easy and doable exercises will steadily, bit by bit obtain:  1. confidence  2. self-esteem  3. decrease our fears  4. we will get interesting to ourselves and our surrounding.  5. we will get into many adventures and collect many many stories from these various experiences.
