The course aims to provide an understanding into why we sometimes experience lack of confidence and low self esteem.  I can show you can strategies to build your confidence so you can tackle every day life situations successfully.  With improved self confidence you will have the courage to learn from set backs and view them as opportunities for growth. You will focus on your strengths and not weaknesses and discover your natural talent, gifts and capabilities.

How will you know you are making progress?

Your progress will be a very personal in that only you will be able to know how you feel on the inside.  If you have been completing the challenges set for you in this course and feel you have been successful, then that is real progress.  If you feel more confident in areas that you used to find difficult you will know you are making progress.  If you are facing challenges and having successes , this also will be a sign of progress.
