The Chain of Infection: We will analyze the six essential links—Infectious Agent, Reservoir, Portal of Exit, Mode of Transmission, Portal of Entry, and Susceptible Host—to identify how to break them.


Microbiology Fundamentals: Learners will define the biological nature of infections, studying the roles of bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, and helminths.


Decontamination Mastery: We provide technical guidance on the critical difference between sterilization (total destruction of microbes and spores via autoclave) and disinfection (reduction of surface pathogens).


Practical Safety Protocols: Participants learn to select correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as N95 respirators for airborne pathogens, based on transmission modes.
