Secondary Structure Database:-
A range of information like structures, binding sites, metabolic interactions, molecular action, functional relationships, protein families, motifs and homologous are part of the secondary structure database. Searching for the required information from the haystack is not an easy task.

I was a researcher at the University of Rajasthan's DBT-BIF (Department of Biotechnology- Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility). I created COVID-19 QSAR models, septicemia, and a drug-designing pipeline in R. I also built a database of chemical compounds. Currently working as a researcher at Delhi University's Deshbandhu College. Here I am working on filtering, identification, development and validation of anti-cancer compounds and tool development.
I have 3 years of expertise in data analysis and computer-aided drug design (CADD). 5 years of project-based teaching experience with both domestic and international students. As a self-employed bioinformatician, I collaborated with more than 53 global clients from 13 countries.
