Description
This course is designed to be completed in 21 days to challenge you to begin, or renew, your meditation practice.
It features 40 different meditation styles, themes and techniques completed over the 21 days to get you started on your meditation journey. Each day slowly builds on the previous day by increasing the time spent in meditation and contemplation, so you can easily create a new and lasting habit of daily meditation.
It is ideal for you if you are new to meditation or if you haven't yet found a meditation practice that inspires you to practice. Because the best meditation practice is one that you practice. Let's face it, we are all different and there is no one style that suits everyone. It simply does not do you any good if you cannot find your unique style - the one most conducive to daily practice.
The sessions are intended to explore the vast world of meditation, and to learn to be the observer of what is happening, as it is happening, without the need to change it in any way. Meditation is not all about quieting the mind. It is about noticing the chatter first and foremost, and training ourselves to return to a point of focus, or anchor. The ability to notice the mind and distractions is meditation.
Doing this over and over again helps us gain greater acceptance of life as it presents itself, while increasing awareness of the thoughts that keep us stuck. This is what sets the stage to develop a passion for meditation as well as to awaken awareness of self and others.
I hope you enjoy this challenge as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
