Competency based interviewing, often referred to as situational, behavioral or competency interviews, are a style of interviewing often used to evaluate a candidate’s key competencies, particularly when there are a number of candidates who have the technical merit for the role.

And It is one of the most important steps that any company goes through when forming its own team. Because the success of this step means choosing the most appropriate and most efficient elements to work in the organization, which will reflect positively on productivity and performance, and thus increase profits.

Based on the previous point, the employment interview is of great importance to you, either for the company to gain the employee who is able to change its course, or to hire the person responsible for its collapse.
