The instructor has over 15 years experience in the field of fitness and mixes different elements of fitness component from different disciplines to create an explosive, powerful workout to lose fat and gain muscle, strength using body weight and weights. The workout is a mixture of circuit, isometrics, plyometrics, calisthenics and HIIT workout to really test your fitness levels.

The instructor tailor makes the workout and gives you a range of workout to truly test your fitness and there are plenty of workouts to suit individual needs. This is an overall body workout with emphasis on upper and lower body too.
