When interviewing a college coach, they NEVER in their 7 years of being in the job received this type of communicating and are WAITING for a student-athlete to think outside of the box with this idea.
You need to do this for every single university on YOUR LIST. Any school you add at a later date (due to changes in your opinion), you will follow and complete this step.

You should also include at the bottom of the resume is 1-3 coaching references that you have. They could be your high school coach, club coach or private trainer; or simply anyone who would give you a recommendation.
It could work in your favor as the college coach may know who this individual is and may have a past relationship with them. Again do some research.

Secret tip: Again to make sure you're reading everything :) A college coach may receive your schedule and NOT say anything, but still show up to your event or game.
You need to make sure that you're 100% focused and ready because you NEVER know who is watching.

In this video, you will learn how to register for the NCAA and NAIA Eligibility Center and what steps needed to be completed in order to make sure you do not lose future offers.
You NEED TO BE AT THE TOP of your game ALWAYS. This is when 90% of other student-athletes will start recruiting.
In this video, you will learn the importance of PROACTIVE communication (early and often), but also about constantly staying in contact with coaches on a more frequent basis.
We also discuss how and when to use unofficial visits and what schools I recommend visiting first to learn more about your desires from a university.
In this video, you will learn that it is TIME to take the SAT and/or ACT depending on the requirements of the universities you wish to attend; and that it is OK to take the test more than once.
Students in general typically have a better score on the second or third attempt. In fact, I did considerably better on the second attempt.
You will also learn how to gauge interest from a college coach and the type of questions you need to be ASKING to make sure you get the answers you want.
In this video, you will learn again about the importance of continuously updating your list (multiple times throughout the year) and how to send your transcripts to the NCAA or NAIA Eligibility Center.
THIS IS CRITICAL. Make sure you read and understand all the information correctly. Make sure to follow up with your guidance counselor multiple times.
This is your Junior Year Checklist with all the information you need to complete before the end of the year.
Welcome to your last year! 12th grade. Time to finish with a BANG. Make sure to avoid 'senioritis'.
Action 24 is critically important as you learn about completing college admission applications. Make sure to BE AWARE of the deadlines for each school.
I recommend writing them down in your College Recruiting Spreadsheet.

You will also learn how to deal with multiple offers and the strategy you can use to give yourself a little bit of time to make a decision. Just be careful, a coach can take away an offer if you wait too long.
https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa/
In this video, you will learn how to turn down an offer, WHILE not burning a bridge. This game is a small world and you don't want to ruin any potential beneficial relationships in the future. You have no idea when someone could help you later.

I even include a COPY of my BOOK - The College Recruiting Game Plan in this course!
Before going forward, answer this question: The average college coach will look at 10,000 potential student-athletes a year and select three (3), players. How in the world do you stand out from the rest of the competition?
This online course takes you step by step through the 28 Action-Taking Tactics that I preach about in my book to win at college soccer recruiting. This course will teach you the methods and principles needed to succeed in the 4+ year JOURNEY better known as the recruiting process.
Throughout the course, you will learn:
The 5 Phases College Coaches go through to Sign PROSPECTS
How to CREATE an ATTENTION-GRABBING email address and signature
