Begin your journey with Microsoft Make Code Arcade by creating a new project, naming it cherry picker, and using the block editor and start event to display the splash title.
Learn to set and customize a background in makecode arcade by using the scene to draw or select tiles, choose from ready-made backgrounds, and apply it to the game.
Create a player sprite by selecting sprite type, choosing from the gallery or drawing your own, then click done to add it to the scene.
Rename the sprite to x, y, z and move the player with arrow keys or velocity, with the camera following the sprite in MakeCode Arcade.
