The book that Albert refers to in this video is called 'The Coaching Habit' by Michael Bungay Stanier. Even though it's not required to buy the book for the remainder this course, we included a commission-free link to the Amazon page below.
Albert's 'Coaching ABC' is based on the book 'The Coaching Habit' by Michael Bungay Stanier, which Albert mentioned in the previous video.
In this video, Albert is coaching Marc by applying the 'Coaching ABC' and the 'Three Ps'.
As you can see, a real-life conversation can be a little bit messier than simply understanding the theory. It's not a straight line from start to finish. That's OK. What matters is that the coachee gets useful insights that they can work with in order to improve themselves.
Download the 'Coaching Cheat Sheet' below to start coaching others yourself. We even encourage you try it today on a friend or family member and see what happens. We'd love to hear your results!

The very best of luck, but most of all: enjoy your coaching journey!
Every business owner benefits from peer coaching. Peer coaching is when you get coached by people like you, and you give coaching in return. That can happen in multiple ways, for example through:
An accountability buddy relationship, to set goals and stop procrastinating.
Being in a mastermind group, so that you can learn from fellow freelancers and founders;
Or even through a mentor, who can teach you valuable lessons from experience.
All of these coaching relationships will be covered in this two-part course. After this course...
You'll know the basics of coaching. You’ll learn a surprisingly simple system through which you will be able to coach anyone! Including your peers, employees or even your friends and family.
You'll know how to get quality coaching as a freelancer or entrepreneur. You’ll learn how to do so effectively through one of the three different coaching relationships mentioned above.
We originally created this course to help entrepreneurs inside a community called KREW. Over the years, the community shifted from an online platform to offline events. Because of that, we decided to make this course available for everyone.
That means you can expect some mentions of KREW, which you can largely ignore. It also means that you can learn from lots of entrepreneurs with real-life coaching experience, since the members from KREW participated in making this course.
So, do you want to harness the power of peer coaching to accelerate both your business and personal growth?
Then get started now.
