Description

College-Level Examination Program® (CLEP) exams are a great way for you to earn college credit quickly and cheaply. There are 34 different subject exams that thousands of colleges and universities will accept as credit. Each CLEP exam covers material that you would typically see in a 1st or 2nd year college course.

A score of 50 out of 80 is usually all you need to pass a CLEP. Your transcript will show a “P” for “pass” whether you barely make the minimum or if you get every answer correct.

The CLEP American Government exam will have questions similar to what you would expect in a college introductory American Government course.

When you take the exam, you'll have 90 minutes to answer approximately 120 questions.

This exam covers the following main topics:

Institutions and Policy Processes: Presidency, Bureaucracy, Congress, and the Federal Courts

Constitutional Underpinnings of American Democracy

Political Parties and Interest Groups

Political Beliefs and Behavior

Institutions and Policy Processes: Presidency, Bureaucracy, Congress, and the Federal Courts

Constitutional Underpinnings of American Democracy

This course includes six practice tests that cover every topic in the official CLEP exam. These are not actual CLEP exam questions but use the same multiple-choice format.

Each question has a detailed explanation for the correct answer to help you study for the exam. You can take each practice test as many times as like. The best method for making sure you ace the exam on your first try is to repeat each practice test until you get every answer correct.

There is no fluff or unnecessary information, just exactly what you need to get a passing score!
