Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Use Claude to organize everyday business writing, freelance service planning and content production. This intermediate course is for learners who know the basics of an AI chatbot and want reusable workflows for drafting, reviewing and improving their work.

The course contains five extended video lessons totaling approximately 3 hours and 51 minutes. Five downloadable Word resources support the modules: a productivity workbook, business workflow pack, freelance service kit, content creation system, and monetization, ethics and capstone workbook.

Your five-part learning path

1. Productivity foundations: develop professional prompts, explore Claude Projects, brainstorm ideas, plan tasks and communication, and design a personal productivity routine you can reuse.

2. Business workflows: draft emails, reports, meeting notes, action plans, customer-support replies and sales messages. Explore lead-generation and strategy tasks, then organize a reusable workflow pack. Review outputs before using them.

3. Freelance service planning: develop service packages, proposals, discovery forms, delivery workflows and revision systems. Use the service-kit activity to connect Claude-assisted work to a clear client need and delivery process.

4. Content creation: plan and draft blogs, social posts, video scripts, newsletters and content calendars. Define an audience, choose content pillars, repurpose material and organize reusable prompts and templates.

5. Systems, ethics and capstone: develop a prompt library, explore ways to package your skills, consider personal branding and quality control, and plan one Claude-assisted business, freelance or content system as your final project.

To practice, you need a Claude account, a computer with internet access, a browser, a document editor and basic writing skills. Feature availability can depend on your account and plan; some features may require a paid subscription, which is not included in the course.
