This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Most people still use AI like a search engine: ask a question, copy the answer, paste it somewhere, and then do the actual work themselves.
Claude AI can now do the work. Claude Cowork is built into Claude: you hand it an outcome, like "turn these twelve invoices into an expense tracker and flag what's unpaid", and it reads the files, works through the steps and hands you back a finished spreadsheet.
In about an hour, you'll learn the one skill that makes this work: writing the outcome, not the question.
You'll practise it with the Delegation Card, five short lines (Goal, Inputs, Output, Rules, Done when) that turn a vague request into finished work. Then you'll use it on real office tasks, with a practice folder from a small, fictional design studio. You download it in lecture 3, so you can repeat every demo yourself, step by step.
What you'll build in this course
And the part most tutorials skip: doing it safely
You'll learn what not to upload, when to use Manual or Auto permission mode, why web pages need extra care, and the three-check habit that catches a wrong number before anyone else sees it.
Who teaches this course
I'm Eason. I build apps and digital products with AI every day, and I use Claude to hand off the busywork of running them: research, reports, spreadsheets and admin. This course is the method I use, kept short and practical.
What's included
No coding, no terminal, no theory padding.
A note on the screens: Anthropic updates Claude often, and in September 2026 it merged Cowork into the regular Claude app. Buttons may look a little different on your screen. The way you delegate stays the same, and that's what this course teaches.
This course is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Cowork are trademarks of Anthropic.
