This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. Prepare confidently for the Claude Certified Architect Foundations exam with this practical, certification-focused course.
This course is designed to help you understand the core concepts tested in the Claude Certified Architect certification and apply them to real technical and business scenarios. Instead of only memorizing terms, you will learn how to identify the requirement in a scenario, recognize the risk or challenge, and choose the correct Claude architecture, workflow, control, or implementation pattern.
The course is organized around the five main areas of the Claude certification:
1. Orchestration
Learn how to design agentic loops, multi-agent systems, coordinator-subagent workflows, task decomposition, workflow handoffs, hooks, session state, resumption, and forking.
2. Tools and MCP
Learn how to design clear tool interfaces, handle tool errors safely, configure tool choice, connect MCP servers, and use built-in Claude Code tools such as Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Grep, and Glob effectively.
3. Claude Code
Learn how to configure CLAUDE md files, create skills and slash commands, apply path-specific rules, choose between plan mode and direct execution, improve workflows through iteration, and integrate Claude Code into CI/CD pipelines.
4. Prompting
Learn how to create precise prompts with clear criteria, use few-shot examples, enforce structured JSON output, build validation and retry loops, process large workloads efficiently, and design multi-instance review systems.
5. Context, Reliability, and Human Control
Learn how to manage long conversation context, resolve ambiguity, propagate errors across multi-agent systems, explore large codebases efficiently, design human-review workflows, calibrate confidence, preserve source provenance, and handle uncertainty safely.
Every lecture includes a simple explanation, clear on-screen learning points, instructor-style narration, and a practical implementation example. These examples use realistic business scenarios and copy-ready code so you can understand how the concept works in a real Claude-powered system.
You will learn how to design systems that can use tools, coordinate agents, validate outputs, preserve important context, handle failures, work with evidence, and escalate high-risk decisions to humans when needed.
This course will help you prepare for scenario-based certification questions involving topics such as:
Autonomous task execution and agentic loops
Coordinator and subagent architecture
MCP tools and external system integration
Claude Code configuration and repository workflows
Prompt precision and structured output
Validation, retry, and review patterns
Batch processing and multi-agent reliability
Context management and large codebase exploration
Human approval, confidence calibration, provenance, and uncertainty
The course also includes one practice test to help you review all five modules, identify areas that need more revision, and build confidence before attempting the Claude Certified Architect Foundations exam.
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand certification scenarios more clearly and choose the correct architecture approach for reliable, safe, and practical Claude systems.
