Description

EXAM SIMULATOR, NOT A VIDEO COURSE. Every minute here is spent on exam-style questions: timed like the real exam and reviewed option by option. Use it after you have studied, to find out whether you are ready and exactly where you would lose marks.

WHY THESE EXAMS

  • 5 full length practice exams, 250 original questions, each exam 50 questions in 50 minutes with a 70 percent pass mark to aim for, the same shape as the real 100-150 CCST Networking exam, including multiple response questions.

  • Every answer option explained, not only the correct one, with a key takeaway and a link to the Cisco exam topics or the networking documentation behind the question.

  • Every question tagged with its exam domain, so you see exactly where you lose marks.

  • Scenario questions with exhibits: network diagrams, addressing and subnet tables, command output and troubleshooting charts you read before choosing, the way you read a ticket at work.

  • Two ways to study: Exam mode, timed and scored, or Practice mode, untimed, where you check each answer as you go and can draw questions from one domain only.

WHAT THIS IS NOT. This course is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cisco Systems. Cisco and CCST are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. Every question was written from the publicly available exam topics and networking documentation. Nothing is copied from the real exam or from anyone else's practice tests.

WHAT YOU GET. Questions follow the six domains of the official 100-150 exam topics: Standards and Concepts, Addressing and Subnet Formats, Endpoints and Media Types, Infrastructure, Diagnosing Problems, and Security. The five exams build on each other: the first covers the topics evenly, the middle three go deeper into the areas candidates most often confuse (the OSI and TCP/IP models, IPv4 subnetting and IPv6 address types, cable and wireless media, switches versus routers versus access points, reading ping, traceroute and ipconfig output, and basic security such as firewalls, VPNs and authentication), and the last is a harder mixed review.

HOW THE QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN. Most questions put you in a situation a support technician actually faces: a user who cannot reach a server, a branch office that needs a new subnet, a wireless network with dead spots, a switch port that stays down. You read the diagram, the address table or the command output, then choose the cause or the next step, the way the exam asks.

WHO THIS IS FOR. Students, help desk staff and career changers preparing for the Cisco Certified Support Technician Networking exam who want a realistic test of readiness. No prior certification is required, just like the real exam.

If you find a question you think is wrong, post in the Q&A with the question code shown at the end of its explanation. Every report is checked against the Cisco exam topics and fixed if needed.

Who this course is for:

  • Students, help desk staff and career changers preparing for the Cisco Certified Support Technician Networking (100-150) exam
  • Anyone who wants to check their readiness with realistic, fully explained questions
