EXAM SIMULATOR, NOT A VIDEO COURSE. Every minute here is spent on exam-style questions: timed like the real exam and reviewed option by option. Use it after you have studied, to find out whether you are ready and exactly where you would lose marks.
WHY THESE EXAMS
5 full length practice exams, 250 original questions, each exam 50 questions in 50 minutes with a 70 percent pass mark, the same shape as the Cisco Certified Support Technician Cybersecurity 100-160 exam.
Every answer option explained, not only the correct one, with a key takeaway and a link to the Cisco Networking Academy course or NIST publication behind the question.
Every question tagged with its exam domain, so practice mode lets you drill one domain at a time, and the results page shows where you lose marks.
Scenario questions with exhibits: log tables, network diagrams and incident timelines, so you practise reading an exhibit under time pressure like the real exam.
Multi-select questions included in a similar proportion to the real exam, with the number of correct answers stated.
WHAT IS COVERED. The five domains of the official CCST Cybersecurity 100-160 exam topics, weighted evenly in every exam: Essential Security Principles (CIA triad, vulnerabilities, threats, exploits and risks, access control, cryptography basics), Basic Network Security Concepts (TCP/IP vulnerabilities, firewalls, VPNs, wireless security, secure design), Endpoint Security Concepts (operating system hardening, malware, logs, patching, backups), Vulnerability Assessment and Risk Management (scanning, risk analysis, compliance frameworks), and Incident Handling (detection, response, forensics basics, business continuity). The five exams build on each other: the first covers the domains at the level of the exam topics, the middle three go deeper into the areas candidates most often confuse (threat versus vulnerability versus risk, which firewall or VPN fits a scenario, which log reveals which attack, the order of incident response steps), and the last is a harder mixed review.
HOW THE QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN. Most questions put you in a situation a support technician actually faces: a user reports a suspicious email, a scan shows an unpatched server, a manager asks which control stops a specific attack. You read the exhibit or the scenario, then choose the option that Cisco and NIST guidance supports. Distractors are plausible mistakes, not obvious wrong answers. Every question was written for this course from the official exam topics, the Cisco Networking Academy courses and NIST publications; none are copied from the real exam or from any exam dump, and we never claim that any question matches a real exam question.
HOW TO USE THEM. Take Practice Test 1 in exam mode to get a baseline. Review every explanation, including the options you got right. Use practice mode on your weakest domain, then take the next exam. Aim for a stable score above 80 percent before you book the real exam.
SUPPORT. Every explanation ends with a question code. If you think an answer is wrong or outdated, post the code in Q&A and we will check it against the Cisco and NIST sources and correct it.
