This course cover following session
Session 1: Understanding of ACI fabric with various topology of Cisco ACI Solutions, Component used to build ACI Fabric, physical connectivity of each component, various protocol being used for control and dataplane of ACI fabric and how they work.
Session 2: Configuration of ACI Fabric starting from Access policy, fabric policy, tenant etc. which covers physical and logical configuration of various ACI construct to build end to end connectivity in standalone ACI setup
Session 3: Walkthrough of APIC dashboard to understand how APIC does policy management, monitoring of all devices using fault, events and various KPIs. Various options available in APIC controller for day to day troubleshooting.
Session 4: LAB Guide: This LAB Guide covers with 3 scenario which you will see largely in any customer deployment. Expectation is student to come up with solution and configuration.
This lecture provide high level view of various topology of Cisco ACI solution like Standalone fabric, Cisco ACI Multipod, Cisco ACI Multisite, Remote leaf solution. This course focus on Cisco ACI Standalone Fabric.
This lecture explain about physical connectivity between APIC, Leaf and Spine along with Management connectivity of each devices.
This session explain about various control used in Cisco ACI for learning discovery, ip address assignment, endpoint, prefixes and how end to end point communicate using data plane.
This lecture explain in details about ACI Access policy architecture, this video must go through before going to configuration of Access policy
This lecture explain about creation of VLAN Pool, Physical Domain and AEP.
This lecture provide details on configuration of Various interface policies
This lecture explain on how to configure interface policy group and use of it
This lecture explain on configuration and use of Interface Profile
This lecture explain about Three type of Tenant can be used by user based on Requirement. User Tenant, Common Tenant and Management Tenant. Must go through of Tenant Architecture before going through Tenant Configuration
This lecture explain in details about User tenant. Component of Tenant like EPG, BD, VRF, L3Out and Contract. Covered use of each of these component and interconnection of each other.
This lecture explain on how to create Tenant and then describe various sub-section of Tenants like Application Profile, Networking (BD, VRF, L3Out etc.), Policies, Contract, Services (L4-L7 services) etc.
This lecture explain on VRF configuration
This and following next lecture explain about contract configuration and use of it
This lecture explain about EPG configuration. We created three EPG, EPG-APP, EPG-WEB and EPG-DB. Created contracted for communication between these EPGs. Explained in details about configuration of each EPG and how using different contract they will communicate with each other.
This lector explain about various global policy of ACI fabric which applies to all leaf, spine and APIC controller. Like SNMP, Syslog, BGP RR, ISIS, COOP, Management policies etc.
This lecture walkthrough of various tabs and its sub-section in details of Cisco APIC controller. After this section you should be in position to understand almost every component of APIC controller from configuration, management and operation perspective.
In this lecture you will get clarity of various hardware cisco support on Cisco ACI solution. With further documentation and data sheet you can choose right hardware to setup ACI Fabric as per your requirement.
This LAB guide cover three Scenario: Scenario 1: East to West Communication. Scenario 2: North to South Communication. Scenario 3: North to South Communication via Firewall. Each Scenario covered with Setup guide, ACI Configuration steps and validation steps. Expected Student to prepare configuration their own and validate in their own setup
This course covers Cisco ACI Architecture of single site covering physical and logical network construct being used in Cisco ACI setup. Understanding on how leaf, spine and APIC controller are interconnected to make ACI Fabric. Understanding various protocol (Control plane, data plane and management plane) being used in ACI Fabric for discovery, control plane and data plane communication within ACI fabric and between endpoints.
Configuration of leaf and spine via APIC controller from start after ACI Fabric build, which include Cisco ACI Access policy, Fabric policy, Tenant configuration which covers L2 and L3 configuration parameter.
This course also covers walkthrough of Cisco APIC dashboard with all sections in details like System, Tenants, Fabric, Admin and Operation.
One video covering various kind of Cisco hardware being used to build Cisco ACI setup (include APIC, Leaf and Spine Models)
After end of all session, there will be Cisco ACI LAB guide covering 3 scenario which generally used widely in any deployment, This Guide covers Setup, Configuration Step and Verification step of each scenario, expectation is student should be able to make configuration of each scenario and test it (in their own setup) after learning this course.
Wish you Best of luck on Learning Cisco ACI.
