2) Go to "Window", then "Workspace" and click on "Motion" to set your workspace correctly.
3) Go to "Window" and click on "Timeline" to have your timeline at the bottom of Photoshop.
4) Make sure to click the little gear at the top left of your timeline and check "loop playback" to have it to loop. Set the resolution at 50% if your computer is having a little bit of trouble with rendering the preview
Note: It won't affect your final export, only the preview when you play the motion in Photoshop.

To export as a GIF:
1)
Go to File => Export => click on Save for Web (Legacy)
2) Follow the settings (Attached as resources here) export your GIF. Make sure that it's not too heavy. You can change the image size or the number of colors to decrease the weight of your GIF.



To export as a MP4:
1)
Go to File => Export => Click on Render as a Video
2) Follow these settings (Attached as resources here) to export your video as an MP4. Make sure to export as your document size and document frame rate. Check the "All Frames" setting too.


Note: Your motion image is not going to loop unless:
-You made it loop a few times in Photoshop by duplicating your motion image as explained
OR
-You are displaying it on a autoloop video player like Facebook or Instagram. In this case, your motion image will loop automatically.

For those of you who don't know, In photography and cinematography, multiple exposure is a combination of two or more exposures to create a single image. Initially, this is a technique in which the camera shutter is opened more than once to expose the film multiple times, usually to different images. However, with our modern software, we can easily recreate a similar effect in Adobe Photoshop.
