In the upcoming Lectures 3, 4 & 5, the student will learn ...
the strengths (and weaknesses) of each style,

when and where to use their preferred leadership style,
which will result in maximum impact and satisfying leadership experiences.
Strategic leaders are important for organizational progress, but they also have weaknesses. Dr. Whitesel explains their four strengths and how corresponding weaknesses can be mitigated and overcome.
This video explains why tactical leaders are often the missing ingredient of successful goal meeting and how they assist other leaders by creating budgets, step-by-step plans, evaluation tools and ways to measure progress. The student will also learn how to identify and involve those with tactical leadership skills.
Relational leaders lead through relationships. And, they keep teams of volunteers and smaller groups united in purpose. When they are involved in planning and evaluation, they create not only unity but also member motivation. Learn how to identify them (and if you are one) as well as how to incorporate them into successful teamwork and planning.
You will learn why a "2/4/4 ratio" of strategic/tactical/relational leaders is important for the success of leadership teams.
Included is an example from a student who is applying these principles in Bankok, Thailand.
Attached is a resource to help you move people out of leadership roles if their leadership style does not match the style needed.
