Description

This course describes the difference between how we view the rule of law as Christians and as those who don't know God, how we develop our beliefs about right and wrong, and how to deal with the growing lawlessness today.

Those who believe in God view the rule of law differently than those that don’t and that makes a big difference in how leaders lead a country and how the people respond to that leadership. We live in a country where we are still able to influence the way our country is run and by understanding the basis of the rule of law, we are better able to help guide our leaders. As we elect our leaders, we must understand how they view the rule of law so that we will know if they will serve us well or not.

Jesus came to give new meaning and a new understanding to the law which changed the way they who follow Him respond to the law.

Our forefathers sought to create a nation run by its people under the direction of God. As long as the nation followed God’s guidance, it has prospered and enjoyed peace. When it’s leaders have turned it away from God, it has suffered greatly. Now, liberal politicians are seeking to remake the country to benefit them and enacting laws that not only go against the will of the people, they violate God’s will as well, leaving Christians torn between following man’s law or God’s law.
