In this course, you will learn Chen-style Thirteen Postures Tai Chi from a professional Chinese Tai Chi instructor. He brings a complete and systematic professional curriculum with detailed emphasis on Tai Chi movements. Through 15 days and 15 lessons, you will enhance your vital energy and gain benefits including a stronger body, peaceful mind, improved flexibility, and better physical coordination. With long-term practice, you can extend your lifespan, slow down aging, relieve pain, restore bodily functions, heal your inner self, strengthen your immune system, improve sleep quality, and reduce stress.

Course Advantages

We have developed a professional and systematic curriculum that makes complex Tai Chi concepts simple and understandable through video instruction. Whether you're familiar with Tai Chi or not, you'll be able to understand and learn the Chen-style 13 Postures.

The instruction features multiple camera angles to demonstrate postures. We use clear guide lines to illustrate complex movement paths. Demonstrations of incorrect and correct movements help prevent discomfort from improper form. Each lesson ends with guided practice sessions where you can follow along with the video. In certain segments, we teach you how to feel the circulation of "qi"(气) within your body - a concept many talk about but few truly understand. While you may have seen similar videos before, we believe this added element will enhance your understanding of Tai Chi.

Instructor Introduction

The course instructor is Wen Sheng Guo , a university professor of Chen-style 13 Postures Tai Chi, a 6th-degree martial artist, and a contemporary Tai Chi master in China. He began practicing Tai Chi at age 6 and has accumulated 32 years of practice and 18 years of teaching experience. He specializes in Tai Chi, Xing Yi Quan, life sciences, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has unique insights into Chinese Kung Fu and life's mysteries. Over 15,000 students have learned from him in person.

This number stopped increasing after 2020 as he focused on researching ways to help more people learn Chinese Qigong and martial arts more comprehensively.

This course represents his carefully considered approach to online instruction. As both a practitioner and inheritor of traditional Chinese martial arts, he aims to teach martial arts to interested students worldwide through digital means. He hopes to help more people understand the Chinese concept of "qi"(气) - its ability to regulate emotions, treat chronic conditions, and enhance self-defense capabilities - while sharing the charm of Eastern traditional culture with global audiences.
