Hello, my name is AMAD, and I am a biochemist.  For this course, I will be your instructor. In this course, I will discuss the chemistry of carbohydrates. This course is intended for anyone interested in learning more about sugars. 

• This course is meant to cover all topics of carbohydrates that are presented in the first semester of college. It will assist and teach you the definition and classification of sugars based on the functional group, molecular size, and other aspects. By the way, you will be able to see all of the sugar structures as well as their names.

• This course is appropriate for any undergraduate student who is required to take a carbohydrate subject as part of his college degree.
