Most of the pain we feel during times of change is self-inflicted. The tools and techniques in this course will help you to change without pain in three easy steps. In this course, you will recognize what happens to your mind, body and spirit when you experience change. You will recognize your reactions - both conscious and unconscious - and use specific techniques to help you to feel calm and relaxed. You will release old beliefs, habits and patterns of behavior that make you feel drained, frustrated and stuck in a rut. You will learn how to create new patterns and behaviors that will help you live a more joyful, fulfilling life with less stress and worry.

Jennifer MacDonald guides people through times of change and transition. Jennifer leads and supports people to make the shift from surviving to thriving. Using her targeted three-step system, Jennifer gives people the tools and techniques to build self-awareness, remove barriers to success and empowers them to thrive.
Jennifer specializes in working with people who are struggling with change and want to move past the pain, and people who want the tools and motivation to make positive changes to reach their full potential.
Jennifer's passion for people and their stories, plus her love of writing, led her to obtain an Honours Journalism degree. Her personal experience and understanding of the challenges presented by change led her to create the tools and techniques in the Change Without Pain system, which she is passionate about sharing with others. Prior to starting her own business, Jennifer worked in the corporate sector for over 15 years leading projects involving change management, communications and improving the employee and customer experience.
