Are you at the end of your wits?
Does nothing seem to work with your kids or those you are trying to influence?
Are you tired of all the arguing, disobedience, or disrespect?
Do you sometimes not like how you show up as a parent or leader?
It can be extremely difficult as a parent.
We love our kids. We really do.
But sometimes we don't like them.
From the "terrible two's" to "teenage brain damage" it is quite a ride.
It's not that different as a leader.
I've been there.
As a father of 7 children,
through pain, sweat, and tears,
and lots of mistakes and regrets...
I've found some approaches that are actually doable
and REALLY work.
I'm not going to tell you how you should be
and expect you to magically be that way.
I'm not going to give you vague steps
that are frustrating and confusing
I want to empower you with principles and tools
that will open you mind to a whole new way to parent or lead.
The tools I teach meet you where you are,
with simple steps that anyone can do who is willing.
They allow you to be fully genuine,
without judging your emotions,
while helping your kids or others to feel emotionally safe and ready to listen to you.
These tools will help you to convert your negative thoughts into gems of truth.
They don't change you overnight,
but they work faster than you thought possible.
Now my life is wonderful!!!
After applying these principles and tools,
I feel amazing as a parent.
Feeling frustrated is rare,
my teenage kids open up and connect with me,
some of my kids are even learning the principles for themselves,
and one recently told me I was a great father, unprompted!
That feels so good.
Let me show you how.
I've gathered up what I've done and packaged it into
a training that will enable you to do the same.
