The thing I love most about my Spiritual walk is to find the connectedness of everything. It seems no matter what I look at, who I talk to, what I read, or what I view I simply glimpse another facet of God and our relationship with everything.
Though my main connection Spiritually speaking, is with the Angels, many of the teachings of Eastern philosophy, articles on modern science topics, today’s current thought leaders, lessons from many of the world’s major religions, and my own and other’s personal experiences give me broader understandings of essential truths. It’s like as my Faith increases and my attention is more focused in the NOW, the Universe reveals another aspect of itself to me.
From the seeming simplicity and complexity of the material world when we compare our physical reality to the subatomic world we know underlies it, to modern and ancient teachings that have the same core lessons everything points to this being a holographic plane of existence that is both homogenous and chaotically different at the same time.
That is why I have decided to teach on this study of the Chakra system, how it makes up our physical, mental, and Spiritual existence and how we can better use it to live more peaceful, fulfilling lives. This course is a precursor to a separate study on each of the seven main Chakras making up our energetic body.
I decided to produce this course first as an overview to form a basis on the following studies. Each Chakra is important enough and contains enough detail to each have it’s own course and that is my intention. This course will tie them all together and give the central information that will explain many of the concepts that we will cover as it’s corresponds to each specific Chakra.
The Angels are intrinsically connected with this energy system of ours and when we connect with them, we will experience an amazing shift and transformation in our physical bodies, our mental and emotional states, and our Spiritual connection.
What are Chakras
For the purpose of this and the next courses on Chakras, we will be focusing on the seven main Chakras. There are hundreds if not thousands of Chakras that have been described but we won’t be going into those at this particular time. Perhaps at a later NOW.
Sanskrit for wheel, Chakras are energy centers, nerve centers, communication control centers each for certain parts of our bodies, mind, and psyches. The vehicles that we move around in everyday and the mind we use to control it are complex and multi-varied. Our brain processes some 400 billion bits of information per second and all of this is vital information that keeps us alive and helps us to attain whatever objectives we hold as important. But how is that regulated? What keeps track of all of this information, decides what is important, how is it delegated, how in the heck do we even continue for one more moment with all of this going on at once?
Well the first thing to remember is that we are all energy. Everything is energy. Or everything is light energy. Einstein showed us through the theory of relativity that matter is simply light slowed down and that light is simply matter in motion. Trippy huh? When you start understanding from either a Spiritual or even a scientific point of view, you see that everything is interconnected. Everything affects everything instantaneously and simultaneously.
So the point I’m making is that we can view Chakras as simply a portal or a flow channel to regulate, monitor, and control different forms of energy or different aspects of ourselves. It’s as though they are little field officers charged with keeping track of what is happening in different districts or zones of our minds, bodies, and spirits. Since everything is enmeshed, all three aspects of ourselves are present in each of the Chakras. Also, each Chakra is reliant on each other. None is really more important or exalted than another. If any of our Chakras are out of alignment, just like if one of the tires of your car is not correctly balanced, all of the Chakras are impaired and we are not living as the fullest expression of ourselves.
The concept of the Chakras comes to us from the Hindu traditions and was originally introduced in a collection of sacred writings known as the Upanishads. The Chakras are energy centers that take us from our connection to mother Earth and physical and mental well being to our connection with source energy. Each of the chakras have a spinning energy vortex within which are contained the Universal viewpoint on that aspect of ourselves. These vortices are hugely important in this study as I will show on the section where I get into the direct Angelic connection with the Chakra system.
The seven main Chakras have been described as being round and reaching from the front to the back of the body, though they tend to connect along the spinal column. They are rotational spinning on a horizontal plane and each Chakra, as we advance up, has a different rotational orientation.
Now that we have a basis for what the Chakras are, let’s start to get into what they do.
Aspects of the Chakras
So let’s talk about some of the interesting aspects of the Chakras. Since the Chakras are basically energy centers and everything is interconnected, there are numerous ways to hack, change, or affect each of the Chakras.
Along with only acknowledging the seven major Chakras in these studies, The particular variances of the Chakras that I will focus on mirror the seven energies of the body followed by the Mayans. Specifically what I am talking about are the colors associated with each of the Chakras. Also, we will be talking later about Kundalini energy, or the serpent, that is part of the Chakra system in the Hindu tradition and in the Mayan tradition of the seven energies. Like I said before I love when I find correlations between different cultures and fields of study that mirror each other.
The reason I like the Mayan Chakra coloring system is because it uses the colors of the rainbow. Now you’re probably thinking that that is because I am of the LGBTQ family and I can’t lie, that does thrill me a little. But the real reason is because when you put the colors of the rainbow together in an additive rather than a subtractive way, you get pure white light, and we already talked about light energy in the earlier section. Just as a side note, if you add the colors of the rainbow in a subtractive way, for instance with paints, you will get some variation of the color black or the absence of light. Interesting huh?
So what are some other aspects of the Chakra system that are specific to each Chakra and can be used to realign the energy system? Well in the beginning was the word. That’s what the King James Bible says. Also we all know that universe can be broken down into the phrase one song. So of course there is a sound frequency, a one word tone, a sound from nature, and even a mantra, or actually a collection of mantras that goes with each Chakra.
The frequencies that go along with each Chakra correspond to the Solfreggio frequencies that were the basis for the musical scale in ancient times. We now use a slightly different scale, but if you listen to Gregorian chants and other sacred music, you will hear these tones. In fact, in it’s day, these tones were considered so sacred that they could only be used at certain times and by certain people. It was serious stuff in those times and when we use it in the right combination you can see why.
There are also certain gemstones that correspond to each chakra. Gems are the hard drives of nature. Their crystalline structure holds both positive and negative energy. They amazing thing is that the polarity of gems will only allow negative energy to flow from you to them and positive energy from them to you. It’s like having a little battery of good juju with you to help amp up your good vibes. Gems dispel the negative energy and charge up with positive energy in a number of ways. They can be buried, or some can be put in direct sunlight, moonlight, water, salt, or you can direct Angelic and other higher energies to fill them up.
Interestingly enough there are foods that correspond to each Chakra and help put them back into alignment. Hippocrates once said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. Food like everything has energy. Each type of food is simply a different combination and formulation of atoms and molecules creating different tastes, textures, smells, colors, and reactions within our body. Most food, especially fresh food, is comprised mainly of water, just like our bodies and it has been suggested in numerous studies that water has memory. How we treat water, what we say to it, the energy we give it, and even the way it is distributed in pipes are said to have an effect on the water. In fact, the concept of water memory is central to the practice of homeopathy where a certain component is heavily diluted and said to still have healing effects on us.
One of the key aspects of our enjoyment of food, though we call it taste, is really dependent on it’s smell. So scent is another trigger for opening our energy centers. Scents are a strong source of association for us and one of our motivating reasons. Do you really want that sugar cookie right out of the oven for it’s health benefit or does the scent remind you of a time when you felt loved and cared for?
There is also a characteristic shape for they symbol of each chakra with it’s own meaningful name and construction. Each have the central theme of a circle to show the eternity and infinity of energy, but there are other shapes and symbols specific to each one. All of them also include varying numbers of lotus blossom. Each chakra's symbol contains a specific number of lotus petals. The petals indicate the chakra's vibration frequency rate & the color of energy field. The more petals the higher and finer the vibrational frequency. The lotus petals of the Chakra work only on the subtle body. A lotus opens only when touched by the morning sun and closes just as the sun sets. Likewise, the lotus of the Chakras open only when the Kundalini is present within them. We will be going over Kundalini energy here very soon.
There are of course yoga movements and movements of the body that help each of the Chakra centers. The idea behind these movements is to focus and open on this portion of the body and Chakra system so that any energy blocked there is free to move.
Each of the forementioned aspects of the chakras are all designed to engage and open the flow of energy from one chakra to the next. The Chakra system is designed to connect us to the Earth and then pass this energy from one Chakra to the next until we get to the Crown where our connection with source occurs.
The energy that rises through the Chakras is called Kundalini energy and it is what we will discuss next.
Kundalini Energy
In both Hindu and Mayan traditions, the Kundalini energy is described as a coiled serpent or snake resting on the Root Chakra, the base of our seven Chakra system. This energy is the source of prana, chi, life force, bio-energy. It is what was said to have caused life in the womb and is waiting to uncoil and rise up through our energy system until it connects with our Crown Chakra.
Kundalini energy is neither good or bad, it simply is an available energy that can be used as a force towards whatever the owner of the energy wishes. Usually “the awakening” of this energy is intentional and happens with meditative or Spiritual practices. It has been known to also happen in traumatic life events where the subject has been exposed to conditions that have caused high levels of stress or anxiety followed by a submission or letting go of attempts at controlling those conditions. In other words, dark nights of the soul, or periods in your life where you could either give up or simply fall back into Spiritual faith, can prompt this awakening.
Numerous accounts describe the experience of Kundalini awakening. When awakened, Kundalini is said to rise up from the muladhara chakra, through the central nadi (called sushumna) inside or alongside the spine reaching the top of the head. The progress of Kundalini through the different chakras leads to different levels of awakening and a mystical experience, until Kundalini finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or crown chakra, producing an extremely profound transformation of consciousness.[3]:5–6 Energy is said to accumulate in the muladhara, and the yogi seeks to send it up to the brain transforming it into 'Ojas', the highest form of energy.
There are many and various physical effects that some people believe to be a sign of a Kundalini awakening. For me reading the following list was rather stunning and reassuring to see that it is simply a natural progression in the awakening process. I have personally had all of these in various and usually concentrated forms. If you have experienced these, you are most likely beginning or having an awakening yourself.
Enlightenment
Bliss, feelings of infinite love and universal connectivity, transcendent awareness, seeing truth (third eye opening), euphoria
Heightened sense of smell, heightened hearing and sexual sensations
No longer controlled by desire/cravings
Sound heard in the pineal gland (pleasurable/enjoyable)
Change in the thyroid, sudden ability to sing in perfect pitch, change in voice
Change in the sex organs, orgasms (heightened sensations)
Change in breathing
Energy rushes or feelings of electricity circulating the body
Involuntary jerks, tremors, shaking, itching, tingling, and crawling sensations, especially in the arms and legs
Intense heat (sweating) or cold, especially as energy is experienced passing through the chakras
Spontaneous pranayama (breath control), asanas (yoga postures), mudras (spiritual gesture with the fingers and hands) and bandhas (body locks or contractions along the rib cage)
Visions or sounds at times associated with a particular chakra
Diminished or conversely extreme sexual desire sometimes leading to a state of constant or whole-body orgasm
Emotional upheavals or surfacing of unwanted and repressed feelings or thoughts with certain repressed emotions becoming dominant in the conscious mind for short or long periods of time.[12]
Headache, migraine, or pressure inside the skull
Pains in different areas of the body, especially back and neck
Sensitivity to light, sound, and touch
Trance-like and altered states of consciousness
Disrupted sleep pattern (periods of insomnia or oversleeping)
Vegetarianism
Change in body odor (sweetness/natural/healthy)
If you know that this is happening to you it can be very helpful and can be an amazing part of your Spiritual journey. Talking about this energy is another reason I am excited to bring this information to the world so that you can be prepared beforehand for the amazing effects it will have on you.
Angels and the Chakras
So there are basically five Angelic energies we will be using in the Chakra system. Actually four, who coincidentally are the Cardinal Archangels, but there is another Angelic energy I would like to discuss because of the synchronicity of his energy with what I was learning in my study of the Chakras.
We will talk about this bonus Angel first, Galgaliel. Though I knew that the Angels were involved in the Chakra system, the knowledge that there is a spinning vortex in each one of the Chakras was what really got me excited about doing this study of the Chakras and the Angels together.
The reason being that Angel Galgaliel is the Angel of vibration who oversees the vortex of creation. Within these vortices lies the very energy of God. From here we find those requests we have made to God and the corresponding answers. As we tap into this energy we draw endless supplies of energy and passion to facilitate us in becoming our vision so that it may be drawn naturally to us.
If you are a follower of Esther Hicks and her connection to Abraham, you are already very familiar with the concept of the vortex. Here’s Abraham defining the vortex back in 2009: “What do you mean? What is a Vortex?” A Vortex is a vibrational state of being that is a precursor of all positive motion forward of all that is. It’s like, encapsulated, condensed, straight-up Source. It’s pure positive energy. It’s the holding tank. It’s the anchor. It’s the touchstone. It’s the place where all dreams and wishes and hopes are held until we find vibrational alignment with them. It’s the eternal pool of wellbeing to which each of us have added mightily along the path of our physical experience. Abe in San Diego, California on 9/19/2009
The reason you want to be IN the vortex is because it feels good. That’s reason enough, since it’s the basis of all desires. (The only reason we ever want anything is because we think having, being or doing it will make us feel good/better.)
When I saw the lining up of my study with the Angels, line up with my studies from the works of Abraham, and then to the Chakra system, I just knew I had to teach on this. Each is powerful in it’s own right, but combined, Holy cow!!
My next stumbling block was trying to see which Angels lined up with which Chakras. There are a number of other Angel Chakra systems that are available but none of them rang quite true for me. What I will present for you is my truth. My issue was that some systems used the Angels I knew were involved in one Chakra and some in another. They both seemed right. Once I gave up the idea that each Chakra had to have a unique Angel that couldn’t be shared with another, it all opened up for me. There is even a very cool Mathematical reason why the Angels are lining up with each of these.
Galileo Galilei :
“Philosophy [nature] is written in that great book which ever is before our eyes I mean the universe but we cannot understand it if we do not first learn the language and grasp the symbols in which it is written. The book is written in mathematical language, and the symbols are triangles, circles and other geometrical figures, without whose help it is impossible to comprehend a single word of it; without which one wanders in vain through a dark labyrinth.”
So numbers and the way they line up are very important to me and I believe to the structure of all that is which includes the Angels, the Chakras, and even the most esoteric. Getting right into the Angels:
The short synopsis of it is that Archangel Uriel is in charge of the Root and the Crown Chakra. He basically takes care of our connection with the Earth and our connection with higher energy. The beginning and the end, the first and the seventh. The first day of creation and the ending day of rest. Uriel is perfect in this role because he is the elemental angel of the earth and he is our connection to wisdom.
Next is Archangel Gabriel who is in charge of the sacral and the throat chakra. Perfect since Gabriel is the elemental angel of water and the sacral chakra is connected to water as it’s element. Also the throat chakra is about expression which is what Gabriel helps us to do, just as when he blew the trumpet to proclaim the coming birth of Jesus. Interestingly enough this is the second and fifth chakra. I knew these had significance and upon meditation realized that in the story of Jesus breaking the loaves of bread and fish to feed the 5,000, he started off with what his disciples discounted as nothing. 5 loaves of bread and two fish. And with this Jesus fed everyone through his Faith and had twelve baskets left over. Such a powerful combination of supply and abundance.
Never to be forgotten comes Archangel Michael. Michael, probably the most famous of the Angels is in charge of the solar plexus and the third eye chakra. Michael is the elemental angel of fire and that is the element of the solar plexus chakra. Through his counsel and motivation we can keep our vision clear with our third eye. These are the third and sixth chakras.
Nikola Tesla once said, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9 then you would have a key to the universe.
The 3, 6 and 9 represent the pathways that force (energy / information) manifest through to form material.
The other number 1 , 2 , 4 , 5 , 7 , 8 represent the already manifested ingredients of material.
Thus the structure of all things material is dependent on the sequence / pattern force takes via the 3 , 6 and 9 conduits
The significance here for me is that Michael, through our Chakra system is in charge of the very force of all that is.
The middle child or Chakra is the heart Chakra. This of course is the realm of Archangel Raphael. Archangel Raphael is the heart Archangel, so it just flows amazingly. Also this is the fourth Chakra and four is an amazing Angel number for those of you that study numerology.
I hope you can see through this brief explanation why I think the Angels bring a huge dynamic to the study and your work with the Chakra system.
In order to have perfect Angelic health, wealth, and joy in our lives our energy must be free flowing through our energy system (the Chakras). In this lecture we will look at the individual Chakras so that we can get an idea of which one(s) we are experiencing blocks.
We can always do an overall energy flow meditation like the one at the end of the course. But if there are particular issues with your emotional, mental, physical, or Spiritual health that you are having, with this information you can work on the specific Chakra that is experiencing difficulty.
This meditation activates all seven major chakras with their associated Archangel. The ending of this meditation is concentrated on rising your Kundalini energy.
You may experience some light headedness for a few hours afterward. Also expect some odd dreams to be displayed. This will be energy, memories, stuff that has been stuck in your energy pathway and is now loosening and ready to move.
Drink lots of fresh water and get into nature as much as you can during this process.
Conclusion
When you study different philosophies, sciences, sages, sacred texts, and even patterns in your own experience you begin to see the amazing corollaries that bind and flow everything together. Cosmic science and American Indian tradition speak of a web which is basically the beginnings of everything.
In science terms this web is the primordial soup that contains what we know as dark matter which will form into the new galaxies of the future. In the mythology of the American Indians Spider Grandmother is said to not only show how to weave and make cloth but also formed the very basis of the Universe.
I hope you have seen how all of the seemingly discordant studies and interests in my life have begun to find a common ground. There is a Yogic concept of as you do one thing, you do all things and the Bible refers to things being the same above as below. We can truly look at the smallest drop of water and discover the blueprint for the entire Universe.
Each of our own bodies is composed of the remains of long ago stars. We are interwoven, we are one. As Wayne Dyer explains the often misunderstood quote from the Bible where God introduces himself, “I am that I am,” is simply missing a punctuation point. A simple comma changes everything. From “I am that I am” to “I am that, I am.” Meaning I am the person next to you. I am the buffalo in the field. I am the blade of grass. I am me and you and everything. You are never seperate. You are never alone. You are never less. You are everything.
