  • This course is designed for people with at least a few months of experience in any style of yoga practice. If you are seeking a structured and safe path to explore your spiritual energy, with practices of self-awareness and healing, this course is ideal.

Description

Welcome to Chakra Sadhana and Kundalini, an Estudio Korunta training designed for yoga practitioners who want to explore the chakras, yogic physiology, and energetic practice from a progressive, serious, and structured perspective.

This 8-month program guides you step by step through the traditional practice of Chakra Sadhana, a discipline dedicated to the study, activation, and contemplation of the energetic or psychic centers described in yoga. Through theory, asana, mudras, pranayama, mantras, visualization, and meditation, you will learn how to approach each chakra in a clear, gradual, and grounded way.

The course is based on traditional teachings associated with Bihar Yoga and the approach of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, adapted into an accessible online format. The methodology progresses carefully, allowing each practice to be integrated before moving into the next stage.

Although many students expect to begin with Muladhara Chakra, this tradition starts with Ajna Chakra, because concentration and mental clarity are essential for supporting the rest of the process. From there, the course moves to Muladhara and continues sequentially, integrating each center into a more complete practice.

Throughout the course, you will study key aspects of yogic energetic physiology, including:

  • Chakras and psychic energy centers.

  • Kundalini and its relationship to yogic practice.

  • Prana, nadis, and vayus.

  • Mantras, visualization, and concentration.

  • Asanas and mudras applied to each chakra.

  • Pranayama and internalization techniques.

  • Progressive meditation practices.

  • Gradual integration of the chakras over 8 months.

Each month is dedicated to a specific chakra. During that stage, you will study its characteristics, symbolism, traditional functions, possible imbalances, and practical techniques for working with it. The practices accumulate progressively until the energetic system is approached in a more integrated way.

This course also serves as preparation for later studies in essential Kriya Yoga, since it develops concentration, inner sensitivity, practical discipline, and familiarity with the energetic maps of traditional yoga.

Kundalini work should be approached with care. For this reason, this program does not promote forced experiences or instant promises. The approach is gradual, methodical, and respectful, recognizing that inner transformation arises through steady, attentive, and disciplined practice.

This course is ideal for:

  • Practitioners with at least a few months of yoga experience.

  • Yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of chakras, kundalini, and yogic physiology.

  • Students interested in tantra, hatha yoga, meditation, and subtle energy.

  • Practitioners seeking a progressive path beyond asana.

  • Students preparing for future kriya yoga studies.

To begin, you only need willingness to practice, a quiet space, and openness to study consistently. The 8-month structure is designed to help you move without rushing, integrate each stage, and avoid a superficial approach to energetic practice.

Upon completion, you will receive your Udemy certificate of completion, which may be used to register 30 YACEP continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. If you would like to receive a diploma issued by Estudio Korunta – Rafael Díaz, you may request it for an additional fee of $25 USD. More information is provided inside the course.

If you are looking for a deep, progressive, and well-structured training to study chakras, kundalini, and the energetic practice of traditional yoga, this course will give you a solid foundation to move forward with clarity, respect, and discipline.
