Instructor
My name is Md. Jahangir Alam, I am an auditor, a cybersecurity expert, and an ethical hacker. I am a cybersecurity trainer for the last 10+ years. I have experience in the banking industry as Head of IT Audit, Head of IT Security, Information Security Officer, and IT Project Management. I also have work experience as a programmer in a government organization.
I have a comprehensive and unique understanding of the very real issues present on the internet-facing business, banking, and non-banking financial organization, governments, industry, and end-users. I have a substantial record of success in this field achieved through proactive involvement in IS Governance, IS Risk Assessment, Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Assessment, IT/IS Audit, ISO 27001 ISMS implementation, PCI & PA DSS compliance; the creation of manageable, enforceable policies, the way the end-user accesses the resources available over the internet; the development of information security policy; and the development of the business continuity policy (BCP).
I have conducted more than 100 training on Information System (IS) Audit, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, and Application Security. Recently, I have started providing training on Blockchain Technology to my students.
In Udemy, I want to teach my students about the technique and methodology of information system audit, hands-on training for VAPT, the way of ethical hacking, and the process & procedure to secure business data.
Finally, I would like to remind all my students about the Japanese proverb, "If one can do it, I can do it. If no one can do it, I must do it." So, if you want to win, you have to try again and again.
