Microsoft Learn confirms that MS-102 retires on 2026-11-30 at 23:59 Central Standard Time (UTC-6). This course supports preparation before that deadline, not exam availability afterward or automatic migration to a replacement exam or certification.
Study 150 curated, instructor-authored original questions. Each includes explanations for every choice and official-document references. Many earlier candidate questions were excluded after review. These are not copies of actual exam questions, and this selective bank does not cover every exam objective.
The scope follows the MS-102 study guide effective April 28, 2026: tenant administration 25-30%, identity and access 25-30%, Defender XDR 30-35%, and Purview 10-15%. The bank allocates 41, 41, 49, and 19 questions respectively; this distribution does not establish full coverage.
Complete 3 tests of 50 questions, with 75 minutes per test. The 70% target is a training setting, not Microsoft's passing score or a pass guarantee. Begin with 20-30 minutes in Practice Mode, reviewing explanations before a timed attempt.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert requires passing MS-102 plus an eligible Associate credential, such as Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Teams Administrator, or Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300). Neither this course nor MS-102 alone awards that certification. These prerequisite references grant no access to other courses. The certification also retires on November 30, 2026.
This edition teaches in English. Microsoft Learn lists English, Simplified Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Brazilian Portuguese for MS-102; Korean and Russian are not listed. Course language does not guarantee exam-language availability. Confirm languages and dates in Microsoft's official booking system.
Combine the named study guide and Microsoft 365, Entra, Defender XDR, and Purview documentation with hands-on practice. Revisit wrong and guessed-correct answers, explain why alternatives fail, and review weaker domains before retesting.
